This company's parking machines do not have an option for receipts. If you're visiting a location for work purposes, good luck obtaining a receipt for expenses. I emailed them and they have even avoided supplying a VAT number for this purpose when asked.
I arranged everything with IPS in mid-November and was assured by Newton Keenan that it would be ready by December 11th. However, the process was constantly delayed, and despite my repeated attempts to follow up, my calls were ignored. Finally, on January 24th—after nearly three months of waiting—I received a message telling me to stop chasing them, as they were too busy, and to go to another company instead. This experience was a complete waste of time, and I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. Unprofessional and unreliable! Especially be careful if You deal with this guy Newton.

IPS have recently installed MS1’s in one of our council ran car parks, the service prior, during and after installation has been excellent.
Communication throughout the process has been excellent
Since installation we have not had any issues to report with the machines and transaction times have been good.
