I reached out for a trial and support was pretty quick to get back to me. When I was ready, they sent me the details I needed to test it out. I was happy with what I saw including big selection of Live TV, great catalog of VOD and decided to proceed. The customer service agent was very patient and assisted me with all my questions (there were quite a few). Overall, so far, highly recommended.

Its odd here in that it seems like the only reviews here are 5 stars or 1 star. I am in Canada and have been using these folks now for about 2 weeks. I cant say I have any real complaints as I have found the service to be just fine with very minimal buffering issues. I have recommended this service to a couple of friends since our other service got nuked and have not had any bad feedback as of yet.

Pathetic customer service. Do NOT use them. Tried to contact them through whatsapp and got a response after more than 6 hours. Upon getting a response, the person messaging was in such a hurry that he/she wrote to respond back as many customers are waiting. I wrote him that when I messaged 6 hours ago he did not respond and now wants me to hurry up? So his response was "bye"...

I hope anyone reading this review will clearly find that not everything is about money, customer service is part of business and this company has a very bad one.

I found it a hassle to set up and now that it is set up My screen freezes every 10 seconds!
What a waste of time and money
The only good part is I Fortunately only subscribed for 1 month

Very good service for me, I got the trial for a football game, no issues so I ordered 3 months subscription really good selection of channels and on demand movies and tv series, the guy on WhatsApp is very helpful he tailored my service for English speaking only content which is great, my service ended today and I didn't realize until just before the match started I was able to WhatsApp to get it reactivated in minutes by just sending a screen shot of my payment receipt, would highly recommend this service to anyone no buffering or downtime just works like your normal tv service,
