I was looking for a small IP block in the US for my company. A /24, and they had several at good prices that were registered in the US.

The people were very helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely use them again.

IPv4 Connect made my purchasing process extremely smooth and simple. They are quick to respond and are very clearly educated on the transfer process.
 
There is a large number of blocks to choose from. It is really easy to filter the sizes and regions that are available. The prices are transparent and there are no hidden fees.
 
The platform has a nice design and is super user-friendly. You can request a subnet the detailed blacklist report, and the contract all from the website, and complete a purchase within an hour.  
 

I signed up for an account almost one week ago, unfortunately it remains unapproved.

I've also contacted them on the live chat facility initially and had no response there either. I've heard good things about this company but I'm beginning to wonder if what I've heard is true based on my rather disappointing experience. Either that or maybe I'm considered not a viable (or large) enough customer for them to bother with.

I've since signed up to a different and also highly regarded marketplace without hassle and they've been quick to respond to my questions while I decide whether to continue with paying for leased IPv4 space or purchase instead.
