Subscription trap scam

This is a subscription trap scam. They advertise a low price for a service in order to receive test results but without you knowing they will sign you up to a subscription you didn't ask for and continue charging your card until you notice. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was charged $64.95 for a subscription that i didn't even know i signed up for! funny how that works. Bunch of fuckwits.

I signed up and performed the 'active card check' which stated clearly verbatim 'Don't worry, you won't be charged'. However, after checking TrustPilot, I saw others state they were signed up for a subscription. Checked my account, they also signed me up too.

THAT IS NOT LEGAL. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN AND SUED FOR FRAUD BECAUSE WTF

Horrific predatory scam company! Beware! Took a test for $1.00 and then it secretly signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge or consent, and then after the “three day trial period” they auto-signed me up for a membership and charged me $50.00!!! Reporting fraudulent activity with my bank. Awful human beings behind this company.

Absolute garbage scam company

Absolute garbage scam company, they take 1 dollar for a iq test, but will secretly sign you up for a 3 day trial, and after that it automaticly goes over to 39 dollars / month period without your knowledge. Never use this garbage

i message the support they dont respond don’t they dare to charge me money ( i closed the subscription) i will sue them UPDATE even tho i cancelled all my subscription i got charged 1 dollar for no reason

Thanks to these reviews

Thanks to these reviews, i avoided being charged the subscription fee. I removed my card right away. What an absolutely scammy way to do business. Clearly states your card will not be changed and is there to "verify you are human" DO NOT TRUST!!!

They scammed me nd 3 of my friends, made up a fake subscription and charged alpt of money and kept charging so i had to get my card cancelled

Takes Money Automatically

I am so pleased I have now read the other reviews. The same thing happened to me. I really thought it was me but obviously once you buy the report they also subscribe you. I have seen the company has replied to some of you but yet I have already emailed them and no response for over a week. I am so upset as I really would like some support hence why I looked at the report in the first place.

Sorry, my bad experience below is with another IQCenter.com, not the one above. The above iqcenter.net is very responsible and helped me solve the problem.

I want to share my experience with IQCenter / iqcenter.com.

I initially paid EUR 1.25 for a personality test. This was charged in two small payments of EUR 0.62 and EUR 0.63, and I was able to view my test result.

However, three days later, the original EUR 1.25 payment was reversed, and instead I was charged EUR 39.95 for a recurring subscription. I did not clearly and knowingly authorize this recurring subscription charge. In my opinion, the subscription and recurring payment were not clearly and prominently disclosed before payment.

I contacted their support team on the same day of the EUR 39.95 charge and requested a refund and cancellation. I then sent several follow-up emails, but I have received no response at all.

I have now cancelled the subscription myself, but I still dispute the EUR 39.95 charge. Their FAQ says that refund requests can be made by contacting support, but despite multiple emails, I have not received any reply or refund.

I am now filing complaints with consumer protection bodies and continuing a credit card dispute with my issuing bank.

Please be very careful before entering your payment details on this website. Make sure you understand whether you are paying a one-time personality test fee or signing up for a recurring subscription.

Sehr hinterhÀltiges Modell. Mann macht einen Test, groß angekÃŒdigt dass er Gratis ist, nach dem Test musst du plötzlich bezahlen, solltest du dass nicht tun bekommst du 5 minuten spÀter den Test zwar gratis, aber mann muss trotzdem noch eine Bezahlmethode verlinken. Schon klar.
Seite versucht auch nach KÃŒndigen des komplett unangekÃŒndigten Abos, welches sich als Verifizierungsmethode versteckt, erstmal direkt nochmal versucht, meine Karte, zu belasten.
Ich habe noch nie ein unverschÀmteres GeschÀftsmodell gesehen und ich empfehle jedem, dieser Seite aus dem weg zu gehenm
