On April 2, 2026, I used this website for an online IQ test. I agreed to pay a $1 fee to receive my certificate and completed the transaction using my debit card. I did not sign up for, nor authorize, any ongoing monthly subscription.
However, the company began unauthorized recurring charges on my noticed these unauthorized charges, I immediately blocked my debit card to prevent further theft. I have attempted to call their customer service line but received absolutely no response. I also sent two formal emails on June 9 and June 10 demanding the immediate cancellation of this presumed subscription and a full refund, but I have received no reply.
I have full bank statements showing the initial $1 transaction and the
subsequent three $29.95 unauthorized charges, as well as copies of the unanswered emails sent to their support team. I am ready to provide this documentation to Trustpilot support to verify this review. Avoid this website.

one of the worst ever and wasted my time by not providing correct details and asking money

The subscription terms were not clearly disclosed. I only agreed to pay £1 (around RM3) for the IQ test, but a few days later I was unexpectedly charged £29.95 (around RM118) for a subscription I was not aware of. I cancelled the subscription immediately, emailed support, and submitted a complaint through the website, yet it has been over 24 hours with no response despite their claim that issues are handled within that timeframe. Very disappointing experience.
