A scam basically. Impossible to reach by phone or email. They have been defrauding me with $8000 IRA contribution I made which they passed on to me in form of rubber check. Have sent 20+ emails over 4 months period to no vail. Avoid them like a plaque. Run!

Overall the process had ups and downs, but what they really get right is having a single poc that helps guide you through it all. Ours was nelza and she was amazing. All said and done, I'd say this is one of the better custodians out there, I'd definitely recommend.

Suvie Fogelman, the customer representative I spoke with today was fantastic. I had numerous questions and issues and she was able to help me with all of them.
Unfortunately she was not able to resolve some issues, but I have great confidence she is getting the right parties involved to get them resolved.
