I bought online boxes on 14-Dec-2024. When they didn't arrive, and after some email exchange I was told that the order was cancelled on 30-Dec due to lack of stock. The refund was paid only on 25-Jan-2025 after many emails from my side, and after my bank account details was asked (as they failed to pay me through my original paying tool - paypal).

In 2025, taking 4 weeks to issue a refund is a shame. As far as I know it also goes against EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) which mandates that the refund is made less than 14 days after the deal has been cancelled.

The communication with iriseurope was extremely unefficient - as if they failed to read my emails as well as their own.

After the above mentioned 14 days passed, I communicated, more than once, to iriseurope by email, that a compensation would be appropriate. This was ignored.

Of course, interest (statutory as well as annual) were not included in the refund. For this period, this would be around one Euro - indeed, a small amount, but, still, it would be appropriate that at least this was paid - as a consumer, it is inappropriate that I actually loose money by having a deal that is cancelled by the seller.

I recommend to avoid this business.

J'ai déjà acheté à maintes reprises des caisses chez eux, livraison rapide, toujours très satisfait de mes commandes. J'ai dû une seule fois, à cause d'un imbécile de livreur chez D P D, me faire remplacer quasiment toutes les caisses cassées, parce que ce dernier m'avait jeté les cartons hors de sa camionnette.
