Very Disappointing experience

Purchased a projector end of January and by the beginning of March, it had stopped working. The product was also not what was depicted in the photo and was also half the price on Temu.
Once i received a email from customer service after explaining the situation, i was offered 15% as a gesture of good will for future buys.
Very disappointing, especially when you try support a irish business (or so they advertise).

Missing package

Been marked as delivered but i haven't received my product (compression gloves) something that would fit through a post box. Which didn't happen cause I was home all day and had no one at the door. Really disappointing response from the company. Will be issuing a charge back with the bank

Might as well have gone to Dunnes and bought to tea towels
Biggest scam Ive ever come across and it cost me €134
Company didnt want to know, kept citing return rules, which according to them I was now gone past
Nothing at all about product being fit
for purpose
Im now in process of making dusters from them

Dubious to say the least

I made purchase, and from day one, I was badgered, Did I want to add more of the item to 'save on bargain'.I ignored it, but this delayed the actual posting, as more items being offered..Eventually email, item on the way, this is weeks, still no sign. I shall stick to Amazon Ebay and Temu, This Site is dubious to say the least.

Scam business, avoid

I believe this may be some sort of a scam business/website. I'm waiting a month for a simple small order. Some automated chatbot, claiming to be Cara Doyle, responds to my emails telling me its on teh way. There is no physical contact address on the website. I'm investigating if i can report to the Consumer Protection board.

If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from this company. I bought 2 heaters which don't work properly. When I complained, I got a BOT response. Thank you for reaching out to us blah blah blah. We'll be in touch etc... They are a rubbish company. Stay well clear.

I ordered two items. I have now sent over 30 emails and have received a standard auto-generated response to each. I will now follow the excellent advice from a previous review and file a complaint with the CCPC. This company must be held accountable.
My total cost is €122.85.

I bought 2 portable heaters

I bought 2 portable heaters, both of which were faulty. I contacted the company immediately to get a return label explaining that the goods were faulty & wished to avail of the 14 day no questions asked refund policy. However after many many emails to this company asking how to return the heaters, I got no where with them. I eventually gave up & approached my credit card company to request a charge back refund. I will never buy from this company ever again & strongly advise others to stay away.

I received the "standard Chat GPT response" everyone else on here also received.
I followed the company's instructions and updated review with order number etc.
No reply, no refund
I am now going to Competition and Consumer Protection Commission Ireland (CCPC) website and urge everyone to make a formal complaint also.
CCPC website - consumer section - make a complaint.
Seems to be the only resolution.

I posted previously to say I ordered an item in November and it had not arrived and the company will do nothing about it . So they responded to that review by telling me that I need to pay a €35 fee to have my item delivered. I paid for delivery back in November !! Please do not order from this website

I placed my order 215375 back in November a christmas present. As yet I have not received it , numerous emails to Cara Doyle who I now think must be a robot as I get the same reply every time. Promises that never come true.
I would not recommend this so called Irish company to anyone.

SCAMMERS!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!. I bought an item from them and paid extra for fast delivery. The seller promised delivery within a few days. The package took a long time to arrive, and when it arrived, it turned out to be from China)). The item arrived broken, plus it was of very low quality and didn't match what the seller claimed. I wrote to them asking for a refund, and they replied that they could replace the item, ignoring my request for a refund. I wrote to them again, and they ignored my request for a refund again. After my 6th or 7th email, they stopped responding altogether. Avoid these thieves, and tell your friends never to deal with them. SCAMMERS!!!!

Avoid! Will not recommend

Ordered shower head sets but it was never delivered. Email back and forth and was told they have contacted supplier. 3 months now, still waiting to hear back to get a refund or redelivery at a different address, but they are just not responding to my emails and there's no other way to contact them.
