Dionne is absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for her. Dionne understood the amendments I wanted and made them promptly. Very pleasant to deal with over email. When envelopes were not delivered (from an external firm) with the cards, she insured they were delivered ASAP which they did the very next day. This is the third time I have used this service. I appreciate the flexibility of doing most of the design online. Highly recommend.

I had previously used Irish Memory Cards for my Dad, I placed my order and sent them a copy of Dad's wallet card to ask if the written text could be the same. I received my reply and it was not an issue, followed by a preview copy which I was more than happy to go ahead with.

Prompt production and communications. Make sure to check that proofs don’t go to your spam folder.

This is the second time I have used Irish memory cards and both times I have received a quality product. Dionne is very helpful and kept me informed at every stage. The amount of front pages, prayers, poetry layouts etc are just enough so you are not overwhelmed by to many choices.
If I am in the position of having to purchase memorial cards again I will definitely be using Dionne’s services again.
