It’s a fraud company. Never received the battery and no more information after first order confirmation. Hope someone can report and sue this website.

3 months and nothing. Will dispute it with my credit card company. This scam company has nothing to do with iRobot and they do not order parts from them. Total complete fraud! I’m more than happy to help with the lawsuit.

Same as all the others. Ordered battery and never received it. No customer service number to call. Just a FRAUDULENT site. NO NOT USE .

I ordered an iRobot lithium
Battery may 15 from irobotparts.com and it is now sept and no battery!! Sent multiple messages on their customer service line ! They took my money right away but no battery! Didn’t see a number on my credit card statement for them ! What recourse do I have? Wouldn’t pushed earlier but for the covid delays they warned about Plus I got sick . Should’ve known when there was no phone number listed! I want my money back ! My friend ordered her battery though iRobot site and got hers right away!

Buyer Beware! Two weeks and I don't have my order. Can't get ahold of anyone - due to the verbiage on the "Contact form" I'm not sure they even got the message I sent.
This IS a foreign company, (🤔hmmm, wonder which country...) my bank gave me the phone # and it is a foreign 800 number. They won't take a phone call and it is a computerized message when you call. Hope my bank can get my $ back.😒

I am also wondering why there are seven reviews, all one star and Trust pilot gives it a 2.3 star rating...

I agree with the others- six weeks and still have not received my order. Good luck getting a response from them. Avoid ordering anything from this website.

It's been three weeks since I placed an order for a Roomba 800 series battery, and I still haven't received it. Poor communication from the company. I'll be calling my credit card and disputing the transaction.

Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Placed an order over a month ago and of course they charged my credit card immediately. I’ve sent 10 messages using their contact form to cancel order and never received one reply after more than a month.They have no listed phone number, so you can’t call them. Finally, I contacted my CC company to dispute the charge and received a refund. If they try to ship me anything, it will be refused and returned. Plus, they have no affiliation with original IRobot company.

Same as 2 previous reviews. Ordered a replacement battery June 27 and my card was charge June 29. Here we are July 27 and no battery. There's no phone number to contact them and my 3 emails have been ignored. Now the invoice link sends me to "access denied" on their website. Disputing the charge today.

Fraudulent site IMO. A "Florida, USA" address charged me a foreign exchange fee.
An in stock item was supposed to ship in 1-2 days. 15 days later, the invoice still shows as. New.
They have not responded to ANY of my messages that I logged into their system.
I contacted my credit card company to mark as disputed.
Monday morning, it shows as "processing" via auto generated email.
However, all of my messages on their site are DELETED. And the link they sent to my invoice no longer works. Any new messages I send logged into their website fail to be recorded.
I have screen shots of every message I sent them dated and timestamped showing ON THEIR website of the now deleted messages. Including the requests for cancelling the order several days before the "new" status changed to "processing".

Update: I received an automated email that the order was refunded.

Do not buy here.
They advertised OEM parts for my robot which costs a considerable amount more than the parts you can get from amazon but after much delay, they sent me a 'gift' from amazon (so no price is disclosed) but through some searching, I saw that the parts were in total 50 bucks less. Its outright fraud.
