We have been using this T1200 pro for nearly a year. It's been a solid, dependable bot for us! If we needed help, we have found the RoboUP team to be available and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

Ho acquistato il RoboUp T 1200 Pro 2025 dopo aver valutato diversi modelli sul mercato, e posso dire con certezza che è stata un’ottima scelta.
Fin da subito, l’installazione è risultata semplice grazie alle istruzioni chiare e alla qualità costruttiva eccellente. Il robot si è dimostrato estremamente intuitivo da programmare, con una app ben fatta che consente di gestirlo anche a distanza.
Prestazioni? Impeccabili. Il T 1200 Pro riesce a coprire senza problemi giardini fino a oltre 1200 m², con un taglio preciso e uniforme. Supera ostacoli, pendenze moderate e affronta anche l’erba un po’ più alta senza sforzo. È silenzioso, veloce, e torna alla base automaticamente per la ricarica, con un'autonomia davvero soddisfacente.
Una delle funzioni che apprezzo di più è il taglio bordi evoluto, che permette di rifinire il prato con una precisione sorprendente, evitando la necessità di interventi manuali. Inoltre, grazie alla mappatura intelligente, il robot è in grado di analizzare ogni area del giardino e scegliere in automatico la direzione ottimale di taglio, suddividendo il lavoro in zone per una copertura ancora più efficiente e omogenea impiegando così meno tempo a completare il lavoro.
Ma la cosa che più mi ha colpito è l’assistenza clienti: sempre presenti, disponibili sia sul sito nella apposita sezione che su Facebook, pronti a rispondere rapidamente e a risolvere qualsiasi problema con cortesia e competenza.
In sintesi: un robot affidabile, potente e tecnologicamente avanzato, con funzioni intelligenti e un servizio clienti eccezionale. RoboUp ha fatto centro con il T 1200 Pro 2025. Consigliatissimo!

Worse mower - never works - contacted company and they said remove my reviews and they will refund me. No I want others to know about what crap they are selling.

I've had my first Roboup (T600) from kickstarter for about 10 month when I decided to upgrade to the T1200pro. The T600 found use on a much smaller garden now.

It worked fine and the lawn looks much better now than in the 'old times' with the traditional mower because of the 2 day mowing schedule. That was the plan: to stop mowing by myself.

We had an issue with an OTA update. However, the service people at Roboup replied to my email fast and the issue was solved. Thanks for that.

I'm satisfied with the product and the service and if ask if I would buy it again I can only say yes.

The RoboUp TM01 T1200 Pro ist a perfect Lawn-Mower. The communication with its App works fine and the Support ist very fast. The automatic mapping works very well and you also have the possibility to add easily "NO GO Zones".
