The worst service ever!!! I have been dealing with them for sometime now and they are awful in any sense! They have been increasing the prices at least 3 times a year, we went from 40£ a month to £149 in 3 years sometime giving only 1 day notice.( today they have sent the invoice before the letter informing of the increase)
The Customer service never reply to emails nor phone calls. The account manager keep changing and they never come back to you.
I had to wait 8 months to receive amended invoices that were wrongly issued and although they accepted the error they kept taking the wrong amounts via the Direct Debit for 8 months until I had to cancel the DD. to reconciled the account between the credits I had accumulated and the new invoices was a nightmare!

Looks like the UK arm is just as bad as the US. Sadly the UK Govt has decided to give the contract for the online Wills and Probate Search contract to this utterly useless shower. The service doesn't work.. Support is non-existent. Great business model though...give awful service and then provide the only telephone number on a Premium line. Way to go, IM. Will be writing to my MP to try and get the contract cancelled.
