I was really impressed with how quickly the customer service team responded to my questions – they replied within hours and gave me clear, reassuring answers that put my mind at ease. The product arrived exactly when promised, shipped in a completely discreet plain package with no markings or hints about the contents. Everything inside was very well packed and protected too.
