IRS Refusing to help and put me on hold a dozen times as punishment for asking questions
Agent was rude, put me on hold a dozen times, refused to answer questions, blamed issues on coding and forms that dont exist. Agent name is Agent ID: MS WILLIAMS and she said her ID was 1004285585. I was on the call for over 55 minutes. Agent refused to assist me. refused to get me a supervisor. constantly condescending. unbelievably disrespectful. after she put me on hold after refusing to answer questions, I told her I want to speak to a supervisor, so back on hold another 5 minutes. She returns and says they are none available. I gave my number and doubt I will ever receive a call. i cant believe how disrespectful this agent was and how condescending. this agent is a strong reason why people HATE working with the IRS. All we want to do is pay our taxes and another hour wasted with no help and no progress. disgraceful.
