Scam website/company- do not order from them- Items ordered took 4 weeks to arrive- very suspicious tracking info, no response to emails - they were returned as no email address recognised- items arrived absolutely rubbish quality & sizing way off, again the company ignored emails even though it states 30 day money back guaranteed- AVOID AT ALL COSTS, just lost £100

Scam website. Do not buy from here. I purchased an item it arrived completely different to the images of what I ordered and FAULTY. half the dress was sewn on inside out. They are completely ignoring all my emails and refusing to refund.

IT’S A SCAM! 🚨

I ordered a set consisting of a dress and a top. After waiting 5 weeks, I finally received my order — but instead of the set I ordered, I received only a one-piece dress in a very poor quality. It looks horrible and nothing like the image on page.

I obviously wanted to return the item, but my return request was refused as the item was on sale. However, when I placed the order, the website clearly stated that they offered a 30-day money-back guarantee.

I have gone back and forth with their customer service by email, but they continue to refuse to accept the return or issue a refund.

Very disappointing experience. Think twice before ordering from this company. I would not recommend it. at all.

This is a scam website, don’t buy from them. They won’t send your items ever. Heard the same thing from multiple people online and the very few that has receive items from them have said it is nothing like the photos and the quality is very poor, worse than shein. Luckily I was able to get a refund from my bank but wanted to make sure other people don’t make the same mistake as me buying from this website.
