I mentioned to the company that the blouse I received is not the one they are currently showing even today August 12th their video is of the (Good shirt) . I cannot get a refund and I didn't receive a discount trickyness it's beyond rude to show the shirt with a gauzy free flowing look a button sleeve and i fell for it .please stop advertising the blouse as the one in your ads .its bait in switch and it's morally wrong. Even if you as the store owner have never been taken for a fool as I have karma happens.if you treat your customers as valued business partners you'll flourish.but if you deny refunds continue to basically slap people in the face with false advertising well you decide .if I were you I'd apologize for this naughtiness . I'd own up and be accountable for deceptive business practice and make amends. fix it ;before it becomes how your known.very poor quality fabric.reminds me of home economics class long ago when we were learning to sew.think about it.

This company is a scam from the get-go. Dress was such poor quality, material transparent, most likely made by Chinese children. Refunds are refused! They misrepresented the company as being in the USA, which it is not!
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order anything from this company. It is basically a money laundering performance with Chinese thieves at the reins. Donate your dollars to the trash and your result will be the same.

I would not even give them a 1. Fabric awful, absolutely no 30day money back guarantee, that is a flat out lie. No paper work, no label. My dress arrived stuffed inside a mailer. It is the worst quality I have ever seen, a definite bait and switch job here. Do NOT Order from these people unless you just throw $ away. It is not even wearable once!!! Wrong size will not fit what you are used to in US sizes. They sound all friendly but they are not. If I had known about International shipping, I would never have ordered, they shipped the product from Hialeah, Florida. No reason they could not take it back! They force you to reorder or lose it all. They will not get 1 red cent more from me! I will make it into an oven mitt or a shoe shine rag before I will give them more money!

BEWARE! They advertise that items are returnable. When I attempted to return it they advised that I would need to return it to their source in Asia at my expense, of course. This, despite the fact that it was delivered from a US site within a few days of ordering. Ended up keeping the item and they refunded me 25%.

Quality of the item was so-so.

This policy may have been stated in their online info but I naively assumed it would be a simple and relatively inexpensive procedure to return. WRONG!

Awful quality! Dress advertised as embroidered cotton, turns out it was 100% polyester with a stamped design. The inside of the pockets were white and sewn in so that were hanging out on the seam.

The items don't have any tags with brand, size, cleaning instructions, looks like made in sewing class.

$50 blouse (sale price) was super cheap wide weave cotton, no tags, no fitting, just squares sewn together.

Refund ends up being less that 50% so they offer to order another item.

Weet iemand waar deze scammers nu zitten? Ik ben in discussie gegaan toen ze nog "sachasmodehuis" heetten en ik moest mailen naar "sachasmodehuis.com". Ze zijn daarna veranderd naar "isabelsboutique.com", maar dat adres bestaat niet meer.

Hun adres waarnaar de zogezegde retourzendingen moeten verzonden worden is: wei Xinhong, Lane jianlan (diagonally opposite the south gate of Lubao), road 1177, 315100 Ningbo. Is dit hun echte adres? Kan ik zo achterhalen waar ze zitten?

Ik ben namelijk nog niet klaar met mijn strijd voor een refund! David vs Goliath? 😉

Isabels boetiek blijkt kleding te importeren uit China.
Dit terwijl zij de indruk wekken dat ze in Dendermonde België een winkel hebben
Het leveren gaat slordig, het pakketje wordt in de tuin gegooid . De kleding valt veel te groot uit! Bij ruiling of terugsturen retourneren blijkt dit tot hoge kosten te leiden omdat men het moet terugsturen naar China. Dat leidt tot het maken van hoge kosten.

Schandalig, een foto van leren laarzen plaatsen en plastic uit china toegestuurd krijgen. Terugsturen kost onderhand meer dan dat ik voor de laarzen betaald heb...

As mentioned before. Do not buy here. I could not believe my eyes when I saw what I received that looked nothing like on the website pictures. The cheapest quality ever. Their customer support is super friendly but if you want to return your item, you have to send it back to China which costs almost 2/3 of the price of the item.

Je besteld heren schoenen aan de hand van foto's van de site. Krijg je goedkope replica schoenen. Dit is oplichting. Koop hier geen kleren of schoenen.

De gekochte jas is een lapje vodden, lijkt absoluut niet op de foto. Rommel! Wel voor bijna € 60,=

DON'T BUY HERE!!!! what you see is NOT what you get. the beautiful looking dresses on instagram in real look like a table sheet with some stitches every here and there. the fabric is completely plastic. the belt which comes with the dress is plastic too and is already bend so badly it feels like it's about to break in parts.

Just wasting your money no adres its just trash out of China.
