As you can clearly see from these pictures, the bottle is defective. When you shake it before usingâas the directions sayâit leaks everywhere. This is now the second defective bottle Iâve bought directly from ISDIN. The expiration date is March 2027, so thereâs no excuse for poor quality.
I reached out twice, and your company refused to replace it simply because it was purchased over 30 days ago. Thatâs unacceptable. Any company that values its customers would have done the right thingâespecially for a repeat customer who has purchased multiple products in good faith. Instead, youâve chosen to hide behind policy rather than show basic decency and stand behind your product.
If losing a loyal customer forever was worth the $30 you refused to make right, then so be it. Iâll make sure others know exactly what kind of customer service ISDIN providesâand Iâll never support your business again.

ISDIN Photo Eryfotona Ageless product is amazing. Great coverage as a light foundation and then blush goes effortlessly on top. Love it!

First their app malfunctions, then they donât respond to my emails (all 4 of them) in any sort of timely manner, and when they finally do, itâs to say oh sorry, it already shipped. Hereâs a label so you can waste MORE of your precious time driving someone where to return something to us because weâre slow to respond and care ZERO for you as a customer. There are WAY too many other good products out there to deal with this pathetic level of customer service - 10 out of 10 AVOID THIS COMPANY! Unless you like wasting your time and money on over priced products anyways.

Terrible customer service
I ordered $160 worth of product. When the product didn't arrive for weeks I reached out. The response was sorry, it got lost in the warehouse. When I asked for a refund, rather than a replacement they advise one would be forthcoming. On December 19th when I had yet been refunded, they again apologized and said they would escalate my case. Today 1/7 having not been refunded, I reached out a third time. They said the supervisor is investigating. There is nothing to investigate. Their emails admits I didn't receive the product. For such a high end product this is absurd.

Ho avuto una reazione ad un siero antimacchue di fascia alta, pagato ben 75⬠per 30ml, sponsorizzato come " adatto a pelli sensibil" ma contenente un silicone ( Dimethicone), probabile causa della reazione, che ho viato dopo col mio medico. Ho scritto, mi hanno chiesto scontrino, foto, e descrizione minuziosa della reazione. Pensavo fosse finalizzata al rimborso e invece mi hanno fatto una bella pernacchia offendomi un prodotto in sostituzione. A me, che avevo appena scoperto una sensibilità ai loro prodotti? CioÚ secondo loro dovevo scegliere dal catalogo un prodotto della stessa fascia. Vergognoso. Meglio dire non rimborsiamo a questo punto.

Unethical Practices & Appalling Service
As a former beauty founder and loyal skincare consumer, I am appalled by both the customer service and the companyâs product policy. I ordered a $50 sunscreen and was shocked to find it expired in just four months. I promptly reached out for a refund or replacement, followed up via email, phone, and even direct messages to their social mediaâonly to be ignored for weeks.
When I finally spoke to someone, I was told a replacement would likely have the same short expiry because their policy is âfirst in, first outââmeaning the oldest stock gets sent first. This practice is completely unethical, especially when expiration dates are not disclosed before purchase.
Selling high-priced skincare that is near expiration without transparency is unacceptable. As much as Iâve loved the sunscreen itself, I will never purchase from this company again.

I will never order another item from this company again.

Ho aderito per ben due volte alla campagna punti di affiliazione ISDIN, seguendo tutte le indicazioni correttamente, e in entrambe le occasioni il mio ordine Ú stato annullato senza spiegazioni chiare. Nessuna assistenza concreta, solo risposte vaghe e tempi dâattesa infiniti. Trovo assurdo che un marchio così noto gestisca in questo modo le proprie iniziative promozionali. Esperienza frustrante e assolutamente poco professionale. Non ci sarà una terza volta.
Ordered the Fusion Water Magic SPF40
Ordered the Fusion Water Magic SPF40. I (wrongly) assumed it was a clean product, but the four active ingredients are chemicals. Trying to return is painful. The customer service person said the number is on my delivery slip from Isdin (labeled Order Number) is not the order number. I will never buy a product from them. Many other clean options are out there. Also I will notify my derm office who recommended the Isdin products.
Used to be great, now it's horrible - don't buy!
I used ISDIN sunscreen last year and loved it. So I bought two new bottles this year (spring 2025) and I either got bad bottles or the formula has changed. It's oily and gross, and I got really sunburned each of the three times I've used it this year (and each time I was wearing a hat, for less than three hours and not in direct sun). I emailed customer service and just got a form letter, not even acknowledging my specific concerns; just stating that since it's been over 30 days I can't get a refund. At $60+ per bottle, one would expect a little more professionalism and service. Next time I'll just buy a $15 drug store brand and be much better off. I'll also let my dermatologist know to stop recommending it. Quite an expensive lesson; but I'll never buy from ISDIN again. Don't trust this company or product!
