I placed an order with Ishka over six weeks ago and never received my items. After payment was taken, there were no shipping updates and no meaningful communication. When I attempted to contact the company, emails bounced back and the listed phone number was disconnected — just like many other customers have reported.

Because of the lack of response and no goods delivered, I initiated a dispute with my bank. Two weeks later, Ishka contacted me — not to provide a refund — but to offer a voucher to purchase more products from their website. I am not willing to accept a voucher when goods have not been delivered. I expect a full refund.

It is also publicly reported that Consumer Affairs Victoria Director Nicole Rich has issued a public warning about retailer Ishka following a significant number of consumer complaints in recent months. Consumer Affairs Victoria received dozens of complaints that customers were not supplied goods, were not given refunds, and could not get a response from the company.

Anahata Global Pty Ltd (ACN 639 275 175) trades as Ishka, selling homewares, clothing and jewelry via its website, ishka.com.au, and a physical outlet store in Clayton.

Online reviews from hundreds of other buyers echo similar problems — orders not arriving, no refunds, emails ignored, and customer service unreachable. Many reviewers say they had to pursue bank or PayPal disputes to get their money back.

Based on my experience and what many others have reported, I cannot recommend this company.

I bought some Jewelley online and it never arrived. I tried to contact ISHKA and the phone number does not work and the support email bounced back. I disputed the transaction with the bank and ISHKA had the audacity to challenge it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY from these rip off merchants!

Buyer BEWARE!!! Never received the items I purchased 15 mths ago. Ishka excels in false and broken promises.
They have plenty of negative feedback that echo my experience. NEVER again!!!
P.S date of experience only goes back to the past 12 months!!!

Why hasn't ISHKA been closed down???

I so wish I'd seen these and Google reviews before I unwittingly wasted $175 buying a mirror that will never be delivered! I cannot understand why Fair Trading allow ISHKA's website to remain active and capture more poor unsuspecting fools like me. ISHKA's phone number is disconnected, it's email bounces back and they don't respond to sending an enquiry through their still functioning website. I am SO ANGRY!!!

Do not ever order from these pathetic scamming boneheads! I ordered a package meant as a present for my sister and after receiving a 'receipt' heard nothing. IT'S 2 MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED! Take you business elsewhere and don't let these sickos take your money. Also feel it's worth mentioning that the provided phone number and emails (both on the receipt and on the website) ARE FAKE! To whoever runs this website, I sincerely hope you stub all your toes xx

They use stolen photos from Etsy sellers as their own and ship low quality products instead (when they ship anything!)

I ordered a dress which never came. After multiple emails finally received a credit with 10% sorry discount. So picked 2 items but had to add another $10.00 to order. Once again I never received my order and still after multiple emails have not had a reply. Avoid Ishka, it’s a scam!!!!!!!

I ordered items and they never arrived.. I tried contacting Ishka and they replied to me once at first saying shipping may take 6 weeks.. and then it went past 6 weeks I messaged again and they just kept ignored me after 5 messages.. now it’s been 4 months and no notification through email and no product. Luckily I purchased through PayPal and they helped me out and put a red flag against Ishka.
DO NOT BUY FROM ISHKA !

PLACED AN ORDER IN APRIL 2024 for a birthday present for someone else still haven’t received it.
haven’t heard from customer service since June as they wont reply to my emails.

Waited for my order for 4 months...emails told me constantly it was in transit...liars and scammers . disgusting company

They used to be a great brand. But since they’ve stopped having physical stores and have become an online market outlet, they are no longer reputable. I ordered a couple of pants two months ago, paid over $100, and I still haven’t received them. I contacted them to ask for a refund and have heard nothing. What was once a nice local chain is now an online marketplace scam.

Ordered an item in june, said up to 6 weeks delivery. Item still not delivered despite being told end of july this would be chased up. I have since sent 2 further emails requesting a refund and ive heard nothing. Very very disappointed !

If I could give a rating of ZERO I would. Disgusting service - no goods received and was ordered in JUNE. Multiple emails sent by me and replies promising the goods. . BE WARNED I THINK THEY ARE ALREADY OUT OF BUSINESS BUT STILL ADVERTISING AND OFFERING VOUCHERS THAT CAN NOT BE REDEEMED . Very disappointing.... I used to shop at their stores with no problems and always had great customer service.

can anyone help me get in contact with Ishka? It seems the Clayton shop in Victoria is the only one left in Australia but it says its permanently closed. i have been waiting for a replacement order for over 4 months, due to the first order from november last year never arrived and is apparently out of stock. i would just like to receive my order - which cost AUD 100.00

Bought items in April 2024 still have no received them. After calling in late May I got there has been a delay. I nearly forgot i had ordered from them. Looked up Facebook and saw the advice to threaten the ACCC /consumer affairs. I did that and asked for a refund. I did get a store credit but I want the refund. Terrible all round experience.

I am still waiting for my Order #ISH283160 since last 5 months. what a rip off business these people are, please return my money. i have sent so many messages but no reasonable answer. it cannot take 5 months to send one tshirt. These people take people's money and do not send them the things.

Purchased goods in April 2024 approx $130, after many emails of which it can take up to 3 weeks to get a reply, asking for them to credit my account as I have tried 3 times to purchase from them and after 2m wondering I get the supplier has none In stock. We are now in august 2024 and they have not refunded my account nor replied to my email from weeks ago, stay away from purchasing here, very bad at getting back to you but great at taking your hard earned funds.

Don’t buy from this company. They canceled me order Ava said I sounds get my refund back within 3-5 working days. Never heard from them again. Still waiting for my refund. Numerous emails. They don’t answer their calls. Made a complaint to ACCC and they said so many people have complained about this company. Don’t be scammed. Don’t support this business.

Ordered a hammered coffee table on 5th Jul 24 through their online store for $297. Did not receive any delivery status or responses to multiple emails and calls to Ishka. Haven't received the order or any update from Isha till date

Thankfully, I had paid through PayPal that has an amazing buyer's protection. I got a refund from PayPal on 14th Aug.

Ishka should just close down their online presence as well! Absolutely ridiculous. Do not purchase!
