I ordered a refrigerator from ishopping.pk through AlfaMall, and it’s been over two weeks with no delivery. Every time I contact them, they lie with a new excuse — sometimes saying it’s dispatched, sometimes that the product was damaged and returned, or that they’re checking with vendors.

This is an extremely pathetic company with horrible service. They provide zero customer support — no guidance, no cooperation, and they don’t even talk to you properly. The product I ordered is easily available all over Pakistan, including my city Multan, but they still failed to deliver.

Strongly not recommended. Stay away from them.

I'm in the process of requesting a refund for a defective vacuum cleaner they sent me. At first, they offered me 20% refund and to keep the defective vacuum cleaner.

I emailed back and explained that I didn't want a refund, I wanted a replacement. But they replied offering a 45% refund because they can't send a replacement because the vacuum cleaner has run out.

But when I checked their website, the vacuum cleaner is STILL AVAILABLE TO BUY. This leads me to believe that iShopping.pk truly is a SCAM WEBSITE set up in China to con shoppers from the West.

Selling a defective item warrant a full refund. The expense of posting it shouldn't be shouldered by the buy but the seller and maybe they will ensure that what they sell is the same as what was advertised.

Be on your guard for clever advertising there to deceive buyers.

I ordered an Infinix mobile phone and I must say, I was impressed with their fast delivery. Their customer service representatives were also very humble and polite when they called for order confirmation. However, I did face a minor issue with the website's load time, which I believe needs improvement. Nevertheless, my overall experience with them was good.

This website is literally a scam in the name of E-commerce, tried shopping last year on Big Friday sale for the minimum amount to try their services, my card was charged but order didn't confirm, I again tried yesterday to shop their Big Friday sale for their IBFT deals again for the very minimum amount just to avoid risk & boom my order is still awaiting payment confirmation while I paid for it right after the order. Emailed them & tried contacting on their whatsapp as well as facebook messenger but nobody even sees the message, pathetic customer service they have! Never ever recommending this website!

This website is fraud and must be banned.

Deliberately supplied faulty item and refused return
First ignored my order and then forced to change it
Dispatched through a dodgy courier that purposely marked it delivered one day before it happened
Fault reported immediately but they refused to accept return as they only do it in 24 hours of delivery
Asked to replace / exchange but refused
Asked for repairs but no solution provided
Total fraudsters so ignore any positive reviews.

This company is nothing but a big ponzi scheme. They refuse to accept orders without taking advance payment. The way they operate is that first you go to the store and order whatever it is you want. Then they have a customer service guy call you and say you need to either pay full or partially in advance and if you don't they cancel the order if you do they disappear. They might in rare cases occasionally reappear and depending on your luck either offer you a similar cheaper quality product to what you wanted best case or just return your money after having run a similar scam with someone else

Honestly speaking I was very worry with negative reviews after I confirm order. I have order i-phone12 Pro max but I think they give me amazing service for my order I received my order on 4th working day.

Dont buy from this seller guys.They are not legit and ripping people off bought a samsung phone from them in the month of January and still havent received my product and they even didnt refunded my money back.

Absolutley pathetic and incompetent. Ordered an item and got a confirmation call. However, did not recieve it for another 10-11 days. Called them to inquire about it and a few hours later recieved a cancellation email. It is extremely inefficeint as the customer should be informed if the product is not available before hand !

Extremely disappointed. They are very unprofessional and take weeks to respond. I have wasted more than 2 months just trying to resolve one product issue. They are selling faulty low-quality products at their original prices without any check and balance. The actual price of their product was around 3k on other websites which I found later. I have ordered an Infrared Thermometers from them in 5500 and they charged 400 for shipping. Upon receiving, I found that the product is faulty and never turned on. So I have returned it and waited 3 weeks to get a return and the same issue occurred with the replacement and they said by mistake we have delivered the same product in a hurry. What nonsense! I have again returned the product and waited another 2,3 weeks to get a return and now it is showing 103-104 F temperature on everything so after a long discussion calls and emails with VIDEO and Images I have wasted Rs. 310 to return the product from my pocket because these liars promised me to return the amount this time but when they have received the product they said It looks fine and there is no major issue so we are dispatching the same product again because we do not return the money. I have all their emails and calls for proof. They refused to return the money and delivered the same faulty product third time and closed the order. I have even made multiple clear videos and shared with ishopping team but they said that independent vendors sell products on our website so we do not have quality checks over vendor's product so there is nothing we can do and you are bound to take this product. "You should consider it your loss"

Daraz is far better and authentic website. They refund the money instantly in the account without asking for videos and they even don’t ask for returns of these cheap products from cheap sellers. Never buy from iShopping.pk they have all paid reviews on their website by their team.

No quality check. Their supplier sent me junk. When I called ishopping, they said that I'll receive an email but I never did. Then I kept on calling them but no response at all. I lost my 2800 rupees. Never ever recommend.

Pathetic service, zero customer service. Bought a citrus juicer which was supposed to be shipped in 2 days..its been 10 days and waiting for the order to be shipped. Thieves..should be sued in the consumer court. Shame on the people running this platform..

Please do not buy anything from this website. They are scamming people by running paid advertisements and getting the traffic. WhatsApp number never respond properly or whenever you reach out to them they will say to wait till tomorrow.

Please if you don't want to spoil your online shopping experience, Please do not buy from this website.

Why don’t you guys post on Facebook ishopping page. At least then May be they can reply you there. Or May be they will look into this matter.

Never use this site, you will end up having bad quality products, no response from support or your order will just not be entertained. Disgusting...

Really disappointed with their services.
They are selling fake antivirus and when I claim they ask me to make a full video of the installation which is a very non-professional way.
I send them a screenshot and very clearly mentioned in this image that the key is for another product then I need to make a video.
At the same time, I order the same product from Daraz and it installed successfully without having any issue.

somehow they did something with my account now I am unable to login as well.

I never recommend IShopping.

I would rate this website 0 stars if I could. I purchased two products which I was excited about as a gift, but I should've known something was off when I was unable to confirm my account. I tried to send myself a "confirmation key" email about 10 times- it never came through. a week after placing my order, it is still in "awaiting action." No one is able to tell me what that is. I have reached out to the company via email (two different addresses), fb messenger, phone call (two different numbers), WhatsApp chat, but have not gotten a SINGLE RESPONSE. Complete waste of time and money, please take your business somewhere else
