Sign up and verification was relatively easily. Platform is easy to navigate. Customer support reply quite quickly and are helpful. No idea how good investment returns are as only just started.

The app is excellent. Intuitive and makes each step easy. For example the bank payment details have all the info you would need whether you were transferring from a uk bank or foreign bank account. It’s all in one place so just seamless . Some of the larger banks have t achieved this level of simplicity with their own apps!

The webinars and investor calls are thorough and so easy to follow. Explains the Islamic benefits too so you feel confident about your investment.

The follow up support after was great to, quick to respond, complete answers and basically got the job done.

Suggestion:

Bring in a separate membership for non-UK investors.

look at investment options in India/SE Asia.

My dealings have always been great with IFG. There was a slight delay in getting my Will sorted, but Abdul Milad jumped on a call with me to get it sorted and was very understanding and swift in getting it resolved.

Ideal investment organisation for Muslim

My experience with IFG has been quite disappointing and far from professional. They lack a dedicated customer service team, which is evident in their slow response times. Anytime I had a query, it took ages to get a reply, and even then, the responses were often unhelpful and vague. The absence of timely communication and support made the entire process frustrating. Given this lack of professionalism and poor customer service, I won’t be investing with IFG again.

Great effort by IFG team, feedback on different projects and ease of viewing information on investments can improve. Keep up the good work!
