Ease of use, great app.
Has good opportunities for investments for those who are ethically conscious.

Useful insight information

I want a refund. I am disappointed by this company and the lack of contact. I came across this company in order to create an Islamic Will. I live in Scotland and while creating the Will at no point did it mention that the Will is not legally binding in Scotland. It only says this after looking around the website that it’s legally binding in England and Wales. I paid for the trust Will a few days ago. I have had issues with my email so I am unable to email the team.

I have reached out to the team on cur8 who said they will get someone from the Will team to call me yesterday for the refund and no one has called me back. I have asked for this to be escalated today and no one has stil called me back. All I want is a refund. I am unable to update my email address on the profile and I have my number verified on the profile but the company does not provide a contact number for me to call. If I email from my working email address which I want to update most likely I won’t get a response as it’s not the registered email address. Please give me my refund back.

Update: one of the team members at IFG has reached out to me now and have processed the refund which I will await to receive in my bank. I think it should be made clearer though at the onset areas of the UK where the will might not be legally valid. I am satisfied with the quick response but it should not have had to be a trust pilot review to prompt this response.

Brother Ibrahim was really helpful in guiding us on where and how to best place our savings without compromising our Islamic values. We were unsure about where we should be at this point in our lives in terms of our financial health. His & his team’s book on Halal Investing for Beginners was also very useful!!

I didn’t want to write on a negative comment as they offer an Islamic will. After they emailed me a will I have emailed several times asking to amend something on my will. They never replied to my 5 emails, although I have paid the yearly will changing service fee. Terrible customer service. Would never recommend to anyone. Very sad to see this happening from a company that states they have Islamic wills.
Update: I have been contacted by IFG. It seems that they had trouble accessing emails. They have sorted my problem very quickly and effeciently

The startups they invest in are very low quality and most go bust leading to investors losing their money. IFG still makes their 8% fees though so there's nothing to lose for them.

Straight to the point and transparent. Great platform. Exposed me to a whole lot of information I couldn't otherwise access in one place.

I was hopeful to have a good experience with this company, being happy to be involved in islamic investment for the first tiem. However, they don't pay the promised profit unless ou chase this for weeks and tons of emails. Frustraing!

Excellent service; very efficient; the company has truly created an amazing opportunity for individuals to invest in areas where it was not possible before.

I am grateful to IFG who are very transparent with investments. The opportunities presented are incredible. The only downside are the fees and getting in touch with them. Several times I've tried the calendly call and nobody ever joins. Update: I received a timely response from IFG to this review. I appreciate their customer service and high standards for themselves and their customers.
