Totally a fraud company. Sent wrong size battery with different socket for asked model . Thought might be modified and compatible. But when called they asked to give to our technician they will cut your mobile and fit. When called for replacement/ refund they straight refused me to call back. They don't have return window and mail is useless.

i had puchase battery on ispares.in samsung A9 battery it was good quality and perfome very well in my device, with my opinoin it was good website

I bought S Pen for for Samsung Note 8 it turned out to be used one. The tip of the S Pen was slightly broken and it was not writing properly on mobile. I cannot even remove the nib and put a spare nib/tip. After 10 days of followup they delivered a used product. Now they say no replacement or refund. Response from Ispares is slow and not customer friendly. For 595/- they are ready to lose trust valuable customers.

This is fake website dont buy any parts from them ,they will send you wrong product and then ask for more money for replacement.. and in replacement again they sends wrong item... Plz plzz be careful dont buy

I ordered a realme x2 pro original battery, they sended a dublicate battery at the price of original battery, i have a video of unboxing, and that dublicate battery is also not working its properly dead battery, when i ask them to replacement or refund they are telling, you have to deliver the battery to company address, then we will refund, why would the customer pay for the replacement of battery, the company should send anyone to pick the battery, instead they are saying that deliver that dublicate battery at our office of Mumbai.... Its totally fraud and scam they just send fake product to get the customer money ,when customer want refund they simply says you need to send defaulty product to us then we will process your refund.#Scam #fraud #Ispares

I had buy a Samsung f62 battery battery fully working, packaging is good, before shipping the parcel they call a once to confirm the order I like that..lot PPL saying customer service is terrible but my experience is very well they response in one call🙂

This is a cheating co. Don't purchased anything from ISPARES. I want to purchased a mobile battary from him they send me the totally damaged battery. After that he blocked my mobile no. So Don't purchased anything.

I bought Honor play battery from this site. Battery was faulty. My phone never started and gave only red light. My old original battery was swollen but still working. So when I connect old battery and charger my phone was working properly but with this Isapres fake battery it didn't. Stay away from this fraud website and seller. this seller also lists on amazon also, beware. On contacting for return option on website nothing happens, sent emails. no one replied. called still no one answered.

I ordered for an Spen for Note 8 , received a non working Dummy , asked for refund : They asked me to return the item myself. I sent it back & they received it however they returned me my money - less the courier amount. Very very disappointed will never buy from them again

Terrible website for mobile spare parts deeply disappointed.NO RETURN NO REPLACEMENT. It is just you pay them at on your and they will send you a different product of bad quality. It is just like throwing money in the garbage. VERY VERY BAD WEBSITE.
