Istanbul Transfer Airport レビュー 

I want to warn fellow travellers about my experience at the foreign exchange counter at Istanbul Airport. I was overcharged during my transaction, and although the staff acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund, I have still not received the money to this day.

I followed up by email, but my last message has been ignored, and the issue remains unresolved. This makes it very clear that once you leave the counter, there is no accountability and no proper customer service to correct their errors.

Travellers should be fully aware of the tactics used and exercise extreme caution when exchanging money at this location. Unfortunately, it seems the authorities responsible for overseeing these operations are turning a blind eye, allowing such practices to continue.

I am sharing this review so others do not go through the same inconvenience and loss.

Perfect experience! Despite my flight being delayed, the team tracked my flight and the driver was there waiting for me. It was such a relief after a long journey. The van was very comfortable and the service was worth every penny. Five stars all the way!
