only rented for a few weeks now, encountered no problems

My entire opening transaction was handled by phone and internet. This being said, it may have been the easiest rental unit that I have ever gotten. I have had several storage units over the last 6 years, with this one being the best so far. That accolade doesn't come easy either, as the unit I moved out of was outstanding, I just happened to leave the area. Two thumbs up!

Had no problem .. But I think your company is over priced .

Clean. Got unit as promised. They should, though, tell you when you reserve online (and I had a couple phone conversations with them, too) to bring your homeowner's insurance declaration page with you. I had a moving truck waiting to put my stuff in the unit (and the guys were doing it just to be nice, after having worked on my house), so if I hadn't been able to access my declarations page from my phone and the insurance website, I would have had to have paid for their insurance.

10 feet x 15 feet storage just dosent measure out to be so. But it was the last climate control unit for rent.

We rented a unit and were told that we HAD to rent by the same day we called, which was Saturday, or we'd lose the discount. So we ran down there to rent it. It has a gate which is active and closed during the facilities non office hours. There was some question as to whether the key code we were given would work or not. The person compiling the application wasn't sure which computer to use, if the computer would work, or even if the printer would work. We paid for the unit and were told by the manager he wouldn't answer his phone on the weekend. On Friday we returned with a frind, who drove her truck 40 miles ton help us get our items to storage. We tried our key code and it didn't work. Luckily the man who lives on the facility let us in. We called the local police and they told us they don't have a code in their files. So if there's ever since fire there, and the man who lives at the property isn't there, all your items will burn to the ground. We attempted to call the manager and he never returned our 7 phone calls that night, nor did he the next day either. We returned the next day to complain, and he told us, "OH well, that happens. You're not the first it's happened to. Not sure when it will be fixed. What else can I do for you?" Ummm, quit?

Ez to sign up and complete my storage contract and storage done in same afternoon. Great

Great service and well taken care of facility.

I went into my local I storage to rent a climate control for my business. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and showed me a few units.

The process went very smoothly and the guy that helped even told me he would let me know when a climate control unit with electricity would come available so that I can move my things into that one.

My only wish is that they would have some sort of swipe card to open the gates instead of having to put in a code in every time you come in and out of the location.

I have told a lot of my family to look into this company next time they need to rent a storage unit

Mark the manager at this location in Howell NJ provided outstanding customer service. Mark was able to accommodate multiple customers at once while keeping everyone happy. Great Customer Service Skills.

I was helped by Anne who is awesome. Completely thorough, efficient and valued my time. I was in and out in ten mins and moving into the unit, which is also brand new and spotless. The center itself seems well maintained. I checked all the local places pricing and chose this because it was the cheapest with great reviews.

I ordered a storage unit online and was told the $10.00 was included in the monthly rate. I even made her double check and she confirmed it was included. Otherwise I would have canceled. Then when I moved in the $10 was back added additionally to the monthly rate and they blamed it on their customer service rep at the corporate office and said there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service.

The units are always clean and the staff is very friendly! Their prices are very reasonable.

I was headed out of the country and needed things done quickly. I am glad to say things were done quickly and I am glad I used Istorage.

I looked for area storage priceing in port Charlotte & punta Gorda the I stotage facility located on gasprilla Rd. was the lowest price in the area and has all the features keyed security gate entrance, concrete driveways throughout covered outdoor parking. The tenant the day of checking in was very patience in getting me the correct size unit in showing me multiple units climate controlled vs. non climate controlled to help me make my decision on the correct size I needed. I was also shown multible out door parking spaces that would fit my trailer I also needed to store.

The entire process was very friendly and stress-free

I would recommend renting indoor or outdoor storage at this location which is located on gasprilla rd.

Jonathan was so nice and courteous. He was very thorough and just an all around pleasant person to be around.
