I had bought the bubble remover from Amazon. Used it a few times and then it stopped working. Reached out to istoyo and at first we communicated back and forth through email. I sent the information that was asked for to the best of my ability. They finally asked for order number ect. Sent it and was told they would send a new one. I never received a new one and they stopped communicating with me. Very disappointed

Product arrived on time, packaged wonderfully. Very stylish and most of all is an awesome product. I have been using their products for about 8 months now and love using their quality products.

I have been using istoyo resin for quite a while now and I love it, I’ve also got the mixer, mica powders and the bead machine and I can honestly say they are all top notch. Not to forget the customer service (Nicole) who are first class and nothing is too much trouble

I haven't used Istoyo Resin in a couple of years but back then it was an amazing product. Clear, stable and fun to use!

I have used Istoyo products for about 2 years. Their products are top notch. My most recent purchase is their debubbler. I use their heat mat, their hand mixer, their silicone molds, their resin, and now, the debubbling machine. I have had a couple of small problems from time to time and I can't rave enough about how quickly their customer service team jumps in and goes above and beyond to resolve my issues.

I got a gallon of the Istoyo resin and it is everything it claims to be. Clear as a bell and hardens perfectly. It is a resin you can rely on.

I love using istoyo resin there no bubbles in it and nice clear.

I have the Istoyo AI mixer and a beautiful set of their mica powders that I use all of the time. The mixer is a huge asset because my hands are arthritic and I can turn it on and be without pain and assured my resin is thoroughly mixed. I am looking forward to using the resin products. Very satisfied customer here.

I have used the Istoyo Epoxy Resin on lots of my projects, and I loved it! It has no strong odor, and it cured perfectly every time. Good value, I recommended!

I bought the half gallon epoxy resin a and b. Its a great product, delivers as promised and i had no issues. Especially the price! Good product, good price, good results!

used resin from this company and it came with a handheld mixer. The resin was clear and cured well, the mixer didn't add any more bubbles than hand mixing. It came with 2 paddles but make sure to either buy the stand or keep it upright after use. Thought I'd cleaned it well enough (you only need to wipe it) but I got resin in the attachment part and couldn't get the paddle out.

This is my number 1 resin; it’s my go to every time. I love the viscosity; the curing time and its crystal clear. I love it ❤️

I have been using Epoxy Resin for a number of years and at last I have found a truly good resin which produces less bubbles than any other resin I have used. This is certainly a resin I would recommend to anyone both experienced and new to the craft.

I have been using the heating pad for a while now and I love it. I recently bought some of their resin and it came with a bonus battery operated mixer. The resin is great with very little bubbles and the mixer has come in handy for my larger pieces. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I have used other resins but nothing has come close to the excellent results I have achieved with Istoyo resins.

The mixer I have is fantastic, it helps me as my hands are not great sometimes. Would definitely recommend!

Having the resin mixer is a game changer for me as I suffer with chronic pain as you don’t have to move your arms to mix the resin. Istoyo has superior quality products and great customer service that backs them up. From the Resin to the bubble remover it speaks superiorness of the competitors. I look forward to all their new products and I will continue to return to purchase the products they already have. Istoyo is a must have in any craft, art, or just for fun project.

Very well mad3 and thought out equipment,I've not used their resin yet but it seems I've bought mostof the gadjets and gizmos to make the finished item I have bought things separately and turned to be Istoyo products, I will look for their products in future
