I have worked with this amazing company since 2018. All of the suits and shirts I’ve bought have been the highest quality fabrics and expertly tailored. I give my highest recommendation…if you love clothes and want to have a fully custom and very special experience itailor gold is the place!

I was looking for a special suit. I wanted to replicate the suit worn by Christopher Plummer in the movie Sound of Music, based on the true story of the Von Trapp Family. In the movie, the "Captain" wears some very nice looking European suits. For 50 years I've admired those suits! So I contacted ITailor, and they duplicated that suit! Using similar fabrics, they made that gorgeous suit! I get people coming up to me asking where did I get that! :) I tell them ITailor is the only place, and the best place! From the first, I received personal attention, and strict care and detailed attention. The experience was amazing in every respect!

This was my second time at this event, with the same well organized tailor and with excellent recommendations for my sons and me. The after sale support was directly and pretty fast. iTailor made me (2) bespoke 3 piece suits that’s I absolutely love. The fit is amazing and I get compliments every time I wear my suits.

I have known this company for a decade. They had another name but I had purchased 5 blazers/sport jackets from them (all online)with very good results.
Today, I finally met their representative in Orlando during a Trunk Show.
I had the pleasure of meeting Colter and was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
It's great to know that companies and people like this still exist.
I have no doubt that my order will be exactly what I wanted.

Appointment professionally done. They continued to work with me until I had a suit that fit perfectly. I will be buying again.

Even though it was actually way too busy during the Trunk show appointment, I was impressed with the professional measuring, several photos were taken just to be sure. There was an extensive selection of beautiful fabrics, buttons and threads. This time I chose a a black fabric with personalized text in the bottom of the collar. Unfortunately, when the suit arrived to me, there was a mistake with the personal text and the bottom of the pants were not quite to my liking. I had taken pictures of the collar and of the pants. Within 2 days I received a message apologizing and that iTialor Gold would redo the entire suit. A very nice offer. This week I received the remade suit. Gorgeous it is. Beautiful stitching used to secure the lining. The right personalized text and nice pants. If there is another Trunkshow near me this year I will definitely go for another suit. I also read that shirts can be ordered. Unfortunately, due to the huge rush in the cramped hotel room, I didn't get around to it. Next time I'm going to ask for a more personal time slot:-). But for the quality and not least the great service I give this company a big 10!

My name is Duc Nguyen. I met Colter Neff when he came to Dalas, Texas USA. Colter was very helpful and pleasant helping me with the measurements, fabrics and style selections. I ordered 1 suit, 1 tuxedo, 1 dance pants and 5 shirts. Pui (Manager) then handled my order. He met my expectations. Pui sent me one piece of Jacket/Pants/Shirt first in case of any adjustments are required before making the rest of the clothes. The first set of clothes came beautifully packaged. The tailoring workmanship is flawless. The jacket and the shirt fit me well. The pants needed waistline and length adjustments. Pui offered to remake the pants. I received the remaining of my clothes timely. iTaylor-Gold's prices seem high. However, it can be considered reasonable as they offer high quality products and prioritize customer satisfaction. I plan to have more clothes made by iTaylor-Gold's.

iTailor Gold is an upscale line owned and operated by iTailor.com, however, they present several high quality lines of fabric selections used for mens couture apparel. That and the construction of the iTailor Gold collection is the main difference between iTailor.com and iTailor Gold, and being a clothes horse, I clearly understand the differences in their product lines now that I have met the tailor from iTailor Gold.

I purchased both a suit and sport coat and most importantly, the construction they use for iTailor Gold is of the best canvas foundation material used for the manufacturing of mens suit and sport coat apparel.

At first I did not understand the differences between the iTailor.com product and iTailor Gold--it is clear to me now that this the suit and sport coat that I purchased from iTailor Gold would cost perhaps triple the cost if I were to purchase it from a retail store from a designer brand, however, these items will be custom made to my very unusual and specific fit specifications. So the garments will fit perfectly.

If you are a new client, you can feel 100% confident in iTailor Gold, the fabrics, linings, construction and the iTailor Gold service which is an exceptional and 100% honest program!

I am so glad iTailor Gold has finally visited Tampa, Florida. Bye the way clients, iTailor often reserves a room suite instead of a conference room to minimize their traveling costs--so if you are asked to visit iTailor Gold in a private room you can feel safe with this process--it's 100% above board!

SCAM!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!

iTailor Gold made a Dinner Jacket for me. I had previously had them make a Tuxedo for me as well as YEARS of making my shirts. Although ITailor Gold did not take into account my dropped shoulder (2")- the first time- they remade the jacket for a prefect fit!

This company is amazing, incredible value, and the selection is amazing. They make it fun!

iTailor Gold is amazing bang for your buck and the customer experience is something of a high end tailor. I’ve been an iTailor customer for years and have always enjoyed the high quality of their products but I was very pleasantly surprised at the how much they cared during my Gold experience and level of service they provided for a free service. I couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend it higher to anyone.

Fantastic experience, excellent service and selecton. Staff was attentive and provided a full suite of options to provide the best products for me.

I received my order. Everything is beautiful the suit and shirt and everything fits perfectly. I also think that the packaging is perfectly fitting match for the contents. Everything is exactly what I expected with a luxury product.

I had iTailor Gold do my measurements while they were in Los Angeles. At that time, I ordered one shirt, just to see how it will come out. I received the shirt, and it was a perfect fit. I should have ordered ten. I will recommend them to anyone who has a good taste, when it comes to clothes.
