Saw an ad for this company and decided to try it out. I ordered a few items totaling ~$400. The communication is subpar. I only got an email that my order was confirmed. I did not receive any notification that the order was shipped or any tracking number. The website mentioned to contact them after 10 days, so I waited. When I contacted them, I found out that my ordered was apparently delivered 7 days prior. The customer service asked me to check my front door or check with my neighbors! Do they really expect a package to be sitting outside for 7 days and that I wouldn’t notice it?? Or accuse my neighbors of stealing? Also, I live in a building where all packages are received by the building management. No packages are left outside. Even so, I still spent the time asking my building management, looking around and obviously there’s no package.

Update: They are resending my order. Hope I get it!

Update: I received my order! I got a variety of items - bedsheets, joggers, sunglasses, diffuser, leather vanity bag, skincare. They were all packaged nicely and the quality is good. My favorites were the leather vanity bag and the sunglasses. It’s unfortunate that my first package got lost. I would considering ordering from Italic again as their products are good. However, their customer service and website needs work.

I ordered $365 worth of clothing and three weeks after they had my money nothing had shipped. This company is an out and out scam.
They don’t want to refund my $60 membership because it has been “consumed”. Hah! If it smells like a duck and quacks it’s definitely a duck. I been had.

Placed my first order using a “membership fee waived” promo - good thing I took screenshots of my checkout, because I was charged for a years membership a few days after I was charged for my order. Response from customer service was slow, unapologetic, and I had to send the screenshots as proof - then my refund was also processed slowly. By the time I received my order I wasn’t expecting to be wowed by product from this dishonest company, and sure enough I was not. I will say, the prices match the quality, but do not think you are getting a luxe product for a deal. It’s all marketing. Maybe they are working with the same factories as high end brands, but they are using much cheaper materials. Nobody will mistake their products for something more expensive.

I felt compelled to write a review after not being able to find many unbiased info online myself - then noticing that all of their positive trustpilot reviews are written on the same day! Ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves.

If you want high quality, stylish, and classic pieces at an affordable price - go for ITALIC! Highly recommend! 👍

I love their candles and their skincare line! I've yet to try their apparel but I know it's going to be amazing. No need to buy the expensive ones when Italic is there 💖

It's great to see a company truly care about its customers and manufacturers. They have built a community with such open communication for feedback and keeping the company accountable for their promises.

Italic items are really poor quality. I’ve ordered a pair of sneakers (meant to resemble common projects) and a pair of sweatpants. Both showed awful signs of wear after one light use — the leather on the sneakers became discolored and the sweatpants pilled all over. They are clearly cheaply manufactured and are not comparable to the luxury brands Italic claims.

I've tried a few products of Italic at this point and the experience has been hit or miss. The company states that it uses the same manufacturer as high-end brands like Burberry and Williams-Sonoma, but at lower costs because it's direct-to-consumer. The quality of the items is far from anything you'd find at these other retailers and I'd say the same for their issue resolution.

I bought a set of sheets and washed them before dressing the bed, because it's not typically needed to test if the sheets fit as mattresses and sheets are pretty standard in size. When I tried to dress the bed I realized that the sheets are way too loose and don't fit the bed at all. At this point I was still within the 30 days since delivery, but when I tried to return the sheets online I couldn't saying that I was outside the window. So politely asked via a text contact if there was a chance I could still return the sheets as they were too big (aka defective).

After I replied to the text contact number that I had washed the sheets. I received no response and still haven't received a response 15 days later.

Later while looking at the site I realized that I was actually within the window for return when I originally contacted them and should have been eligible for return. I emailed, included screenshots of my delivery date and text chain. I got a response promptly.

Again, no one acknowledges that the sheets are defective or improperly sized for a standard queen and because I've washed them I cannot receive a full refund because they can't resell them. Also, no apology on the website not working properly or that the texting service ghosted me.

For a brand that compares itself to Brooklinen, the customer service and policy on the sheets is night and day. 100% buy the Brooklinen sheets. They are higher quality and their trial policy is much better.

I was so frustrated that I just took the 50% refund they offered and gave up trying to further talk with customer service.

If you're going to compare yourself to luxury brands even if your prices are cheaper you should at least match the quality and customer service level of Target, which has pretty great quality and customer service for the same prices.

Amazing company. I love the ability to have access to high quality products at an affordable cost. I plan to stay an Italic customer forever.

I have made two purchases from italic. The leather carryall tote is supple, strong, well constructed leather. As a teacher I need a strong and roomy bag and this one does that for me while looking beautiful. I also have that leggings which offer support and nice stretch and true to size fit for medium.
Both came beautifully packaged. No need for returns. I will be ordering again.

As a recent purchaser of Italic’s cookware, (pots and pans) I can’t say enough about the company and their products!
Ordering was easy, peasy and was promptly delivered. I use my cookware several times daily and they never fail to disappoint. Definitely a high quality product for an amazing price!

Great customer service. My item wasn’t eligible for a return since it’s a gift from a member but they were very nice and had a solution. They were fast and reliable.

I've had to return two of my orders from Italic after being quite disappointed by the quality. The sheets degrade significantly in quality after just one wash (even when using high-end detergent and conditioner from The Laundress), and the clothes resembled H&M quality-- uncomfortable and poorly-fitted. You're better buying off from H&M because it's more expensive to buy these relabeled faux luxury clothes from Italic than to buy from H&M if you break down the membership price as an added per-item cost. What's worse is that even though they state many times on their website that they do not moderate or censor their reviews, my reviews of their sheets and clothes no longer show on their website, which makes me wonder what their actual average customer experience is if negative reviews are hidden.

Update: shortly after I posted this review, Italic tried to remove my review by claiming to Trustpilot that my review was actually for a different company (it obviously wasn't). Now I'm even more disappointed by their false claims of unmoderated, uncensored reviews.

They provide a great servicing giving you ultra high quality goods for ridiculously lower prices than retailers.
