I'm Gary Hammond, a certified ADHD coach providing online ADHD coaching for adults across Ireland, the UK, Europe, the USA and beyond. I founded iterate ADHD in 2024, after retraining from a 20+ year career in technology, where I worked as a founder, Head of Product, and General Manager. I'm based in Barcelona, originally from Ireland. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2013, at 32. The diagnosis itself did not change much. It was not until I accessed proper ADHD-specific coaching, a decade later, that things actually shifted. That gap between diagnosis and useful support is what led me to retrain as a certified ADHD coach myself. ADHD coaching works on the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it, which is the core difficulty for most adults with ADHD. Sessions are built around your specific situation rather than a generic framework, covering executive function, attention, task management, confidence, and the pattern of starting strong and losing momentum later. I hold certifications through ADHD Works and Mentor Coach, including advanced training in positive psychology and adult ADHD coaching, and I am a member of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), the Association for Coaching (AC), and CHADD. I have delivered over 750 online coaching sessions to clients across 12 countries. Alongside one-to-one coaching, I deliver ADHD awareness talks and workplace training for organisations, including a session for Aviva's Dublin office that reached over 270 colleagues online. Coaching is not medical treatment. I always recommend working with a Psychiatrist or other healthcare provider for anything outside the scope of coaching itself.もっと見る
