We are a small independent British company based in Cambridgeshire. We specialise in providing technical support services to small and medium sized businesses throughout the UK, principally in the Midlands and East Anglia. We offer quality advice and service to companies and individuals whenever and wherever it is required. ​Although we understand the complexities of the Software and Hardware required, and how it works together, we know that most of our clients just want a secure and reliable system that works. Therefore we aim to keep the technical language to ourselves give you the information that you want and need We give expert advice and service to ensure that technology helps you and your business. This allows you to carry on running your business and not worry if your IT is working.

The entire process from setup to…

The entire process from setup to deployment has been smooth and efficient. The cloud-based system has proven to be reliable and adaptable to our business needs. We’re especially impressed with the call quality and the range of features that come with the service, such as call routing, voicemail to email, and remote management, all of which have enhanced our communications infrastructure.

Our team has found the interface intuitive, and having everything centralised in the cloud gives us the flexibility we need, especially with our hybrid workforce. Additionally, your support team has been responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance during the setup phase.

Overall, this new system is a vast improvement over our previous setup, and we are looking forward to seeing the continued benefits as we expand.
