This is a great company to deal with. I had a problem and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced. I dealt with Sherifa. If you want great customer service and great product shop here.

I ordered a velux blind from roof blinds.co.uk because the price was much better than on the velux official site. When the blind arrived, I realised that I had ordered the wrong size by mistake. I contacted the company, who responded quickly saying that they would send me the right size blind. Not only did they not charge me for any postage, but they refunded me the difference (the replacement was a bit cheaper)! They did this, even though I made clear that it was not their error, but mine that had led to the problem - and I offered to pay the postage. I don't think I have ever had such excellent customer service! It was way beyond what I expected!

Very deceitful company - when I ordered on 31st March it said 5-7 working days and would be delivered by Parcelforce.
Have today got notification that parcel will be delivered on 17th April by DX
Give the impression that they are UK Company and will only deliver within UK but are actually based in Hungary which only becomes apparent once order has been processed. Contact details are a UK telephone number.
Have nothing against foreign companies, but hate deceit and lies.
Have no faith I will ever see this £800+ order

I ordered the venetian blinds. They are just ok. They don't close fully - spring back a little leaving more light coming in than you would expect. Also finished mounting one to discover the wheel for closing and opening doesn't work so have to pull the relevant strings by hand. I suspect poor quality control. Installation instructions are not clear and confused - you need to go to their website to find clearer directions.

Ordered 5 Velux roof blinds in early May, was notified of the long delivery date after purchasing, unfortunate but guess that’s the way the world is these days
Enquired about delivery date as getting twitchy, someone got back to me with confirmed date, they actually arrived a week earlier than scheduled.
Great value for money, you just have to the patients to wait for delivery, definitely use this company again.

Placed an order in the 15th of July.
The order was dispatched on the 28th of July.
Its now the 8th of August and still no sign of my blinds. I've had communication with the customer services via email and have been offered to make a replacement order.

bought what was described as a blackout blind for a velux. Good price and great service from Itzala but by no stretch of the imagination can this be classified as a blackout blind, the light streams in and the glare has hardly reduced at all most disappointed.

Massive thank you to Kitty who had the best customer service skills I’ve ever come across. So long story short, I’ve had nothing but problems with other companies sending me the wrong Velux blinds then be rude when I’ve called them and wanted to send them back. I called Kitty and explained my problem and what I wanted and within 5 minutes gave me the solution and the blinds was ordered. I’m so impressed with these, highly recommend and will definitely using them again.

I ordered my velux blinds easily from their website. It is great that gives you the option to order velux or itzala. The information transpire truth and honesty. Specially comparing the two brands.
I made an error in my order, and the day after I emailed them they sort me out a replacement.

Order place, money debited, no order sent and no order received. Ignored communication and eventually had to involve governing body.

What total rubbish I’ve had to cut the ally add ons to be able to fit them

Second time I've used this company to order Velux blinds and both times I received very efficient service. The website makes ordering so easy - and cheaper than ordering directly from Velux! Would definitely recommend.

Bought solar powered Velux blind, arrived on time. Quite difficult to fit as I had to stand on ladder as window is nearly 5m high, and keep both hands free to assemble it. Had to use a flat chisel to gently prise off and clean up the existing plastic lugs to which the blind attaches, as they had been painted over and were preventing a precision fit. After replacing them a bit of vaseline on them helped the blind to clip in place more easily. Quality product.

Ordered 2 blackout blinds for attic conversion. Arrived within 7 days via TNT. Blinds were simple to fit, kit contained everything i needed to fit them and came with easy to follow instructions. I am really pleased with the blinds which were much cheaper than ordering direct from Velux.

Well I placed an order for blackout blinds I then recieved an email and this text from TNT courier 'TNT will deliver your VELUX AS order on 14 May 2020 before 18:00. To change go to tntcom/mydelivery or track on tnt.com using consignment number 403253***'.
It is now the 15th May 2020 and after waiting all day yesterday my delivery has not arrived, I called TNT who claimed they havnt got any record of collecting the item and to call itzala and see what's going on.
Itzala claimed it was all TNTs fault and they did in fact collect it and will arrive on Monday! Very inconvenient.

We ordered 4 x pleated blackout velux blinds online from Itzala. We were notified when they were despatched and given an estimated delivery date.
They arrived really quickly were well packaged and easy to install.
We are absolutely delighted with them such beautiful blinds very good quality and value for money.

A cheaper alternative to velux blinds.
Ordered a set of Venetian ones. You have to remove and replace the grey plastic fittings at the top but otherwise fitting was quite straightforward. Only 3 stars because when I fitted it I realised one set of the ladder ties was no longer connected to the mechanism so had to take ithe blind down again. Neither ladder cord was well attached - glued them to stop them coming out again. Reattaching the ladder cord was fiddly and not fully successful as the top slot now sticks a bit - Hence the star rating.

Ordered two Velux blinds.The came quickly but one had tiny holes in.
The blind was replaced and they told us just to keep the faulted one.
