Ordered some concentrated flavours from this shop and they sent me a different flavor than the one I ordered. I ordered sweet and they sent me an unsweetened version. I wrote immediately and someone called me saying they didn’t have sweet kind and have been meaning to take it off the website. Her solution was sure all fruit flavours are sweet so just give it a try. That’s not customer service that’s passing the buck. I’ll not be placing another order and would suggest no one else does either.

Possibly the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. Shipped a faulty device (which I reported to them within an hour of receipt). Made excuses, tried to delay me (send photos etc.) then refused to either (a.) Replace the faulty goods or (b) offer a refund. AT YOUR OWN RISK
