I had an excellent experience at IV Drip Clinic London, where I received an iron infusion with Dr Asim. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease and ensured I was comfortable throughout the treatment.
The care and attention I received were outstanding, and I truly appreciated his kind, reassuring and friendly approach. It is wonderful to be treated by a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients.

Nurse Johanna and Nurse Jenny sincerely helped me so much. I came in after traveling from the US very dehydrated and I also have type one diabetes. They kept a very close eye on me and were very compassionate. I am very thankful to have found IV Drip Clinic and to have met Nurses Johanna and Jenny. They truly are the best! ❤️

The nurses and staff at the clinic were kind and accommodating but ultimately I was not properly warned about the potential side effects of my IV iron drip. I came to the clinic with a very low serum ferritin level and I was suffering greatly from low iron levels. Walking upstairs became a struggle and I was frequently out of breath. I believed I was making a proactive choice for my health when I chose to get an IV drip with this clinic.

Unfortunately I developed hypophosphatemia two and a half weeks after my IV iron treatment. Some side effects like "fatigue and muscle weakness" were mentioned by the clinic but they were downplayed and the phrase "hypophosphatemia" was never mentioned. Now my bones and joints have grinding pains that come and go, my muscles are twitching and I have brain fog that is so severe, I'm unable to work.

When your body is flooded with iron, it ramps up a hormone called FGF23 which instructs your kidneys to dump phosphate. Phosphate is an electrolyte which is essential for bone health and muscle function and energy. Two weeks after my treatment my levels crashed and I ended up in A&E.

This clinic will not mention Hypophosphatemia to you. In terms of stabilising my phosphate levels , I may have a long road ahead of me. My symptoms of hypophosphatemia are so much worse than having low iron. I'm writing this as a warning to anyone having an IV iron drip, please do your research before you commit to an iron transfusion.

Maria was beyond my expectations in the manner in which she treated me - explaining all the technical terminology to simplify matters and then her conduct and approach was so welcoming.

Dr Brendan was superb - he went through my medical history in detail and was analysing the detail immediately and telling me about remedies and and alternative iv drips and eboo - thereafter I had the recommended drips and two eboo sessions. On each occasion I felt really good and I was energised and felt so much better with these treatments.

I am sure everybody can benefit from top up drips for vitamins and definitely eboo should be tried by everyone to lift your mood energise revitalise and detox you …..
