We inquired about HDPE regrinds via email and initially received a quotation. However, instead of receiving communication directly from Ivory Pharmachem Inc., we were contacted by someone named Oforma Christian Eziolise, which raised concerns.

To clarify, we reached out again. We then received a response from Christian Raphael (COO), who replied in an aggressive and unprofessional manner but provided some government documents as proof of legitimacy. Based on this, we assumed the company was genuine and proceeded to pay $200 for a sample.

After the payment was made, all communication stopped. There were no replies to emails or calls, and we have not received the sample.

This experience strongly suggests fraudulent behavior. We advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.
