I ordered the faux fur scarf in Nov. giving time for a Christmas present. As of today 4/6/26 I have never received it. When I went to tracking it said they could not find an order. Don't we all have enough with the existing problems in the US that we have to be scammed!!!

Do not, do not, I repeat, DO NOT, purchase from these people. Trying to get my order or refund, has been a total exercise in futility!
I only wish there were negative star reviews.
I made a purchase on Black Friday for a scarf ($29.00 purchase)
for a Christmas present. When it had not arrived by Christmss, I emailed to question the status of my package, I was told. Sorry, there was a problem with shipping. I was giving tracking information which was bogus, as I later learned. Here we are, now at the end of January. I have no package. I have tried numerous times to request a refund. The only response I get was it was delivered and that I should check with the shipper. It's become quite clear to me that they have no intention of refunding my money.
These people are only there to get the money. Whatever it takes.
So take my advice and learn from my mistake, don't give them yours.

I waited 5 weeks for my items and could no longer use them. Customer service is the worst and will not refund. I will post this message on every social media platform. Do not buy from this site

1/8/26- Ordered 12/18/25 women's faux fur scarf-never received-i receive email "tracking updates" - their website says ? In VA- USA shipped from Greece?? NO response from support- requested cancel & refund- got another "tracking email" is this fake- scam?

I never received my order, and was giving fake tracking numbers.

Ordered a scarf from them on December 4 as a Christmas gift and still hasn't arrived as of the day After Christmas (December 26).
Upate: January 5, 2026 and still hasn't arrived. Ordered December 4,2025
