Outstanding service from Jack Financial! As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jack came highly recommended, and he truly lived up to it.
He was professional, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable across mortgages, as well as home, contents, and life insurance. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me feel confident in making informed decisions in what could have been a stressful experience but was manageable.
Communication was outstanding; he was always available and kept me fully updated at every stage, even while I was travelling abroad. We’d communicate using multiple channels like WhatsApp, phone calls, emails and through his website, where I could virtually sign and review documents. His patience and understanding really stood out, especially as I can be quite indecisive.
Thanks to Jack, I was able to secure the best deals suited to my needs especially according to my finances. He remained honest, professional, and discreet throughout the entire process (which was a long process).
I would definitely use his services again (which I did 11 months later to sort out my Life Insurance cover) and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive mortgage broker. A additional bonus is he stays in touch with you and is always reachable even after the process is completed.

Jack was so helpful in assisting us with our mortgage. We got the best deal possible suited to our circumstances which made this part of moving home the least stressful part of the process. Would highly recommend and definitely use again in the future.

Used a few brokers throughout a few house purchases, Jack came highly recommended via a friend of mine, he did not disappoint. His communication is second to none, he secured me my mortgage in principle, then we entered a bidding war which went over the agreed amount. He managed to secure us a higher lend at a better rate than we could of imagined and on the same day, in turn, won us our house, we have just returned to Jack for our first remortgage and guess what. He saved us money on the rate again. Honestly superb. Zero complaints. Dont waste time using anyone else, he simply cant be matched. I now recommend Jack to everyone I speak to about mortgages. I couldn’t recommend Jack enough.

Jack helped me with my remortgage and was attentive and helpful from start to finish. From helping me find the right lender / rates to his choice of solicitor, Jacks advice made the whole process smooth and quick and he was happy to attend to any questions or queries that I had, at any time or day of the week.

We honestly can’t recommend Jack enough. As first-time buyers, we had no idea what to expect, but he made the whole mortgage process completely seamless. He explained everything clearly, was always there to answer our questions (no matter how small!), and really took the stress out of it all.

Since then, Jack’s stayed on top of our renewal's, always keeping us updated and making sure we get the best possible deal without us having to worry about a thing. It’s such a weight off our minds knowing he’s looking after us.

I honestly can't recommend Jack Financial highly enough. The service Jack provides is on another level, easily the best I've ever had. He is incredibly detailed and walked us through the entire process for our mortgage and re-mortgage, making everything so clear.

He literally took all the stress and headache away. We just had to supply the documents, and Jack handled everything else, patiently answering all our questions. He’s also super proactive, when it came time to remortgage, he reached out way in advance to lock in the best possible deal for us.
