We are surprised to read your comments, as providing clear and honest pricing is a core value of our brand. We take allegations of "fraud" extremely seriously and would like to address this immediately.

At Jacked Nutrition, our 12-week programs have established pricing structures, and it is not our policy to arbitrarily triple a price after a customer has agreed to terms. To ensure there hasn't been a technical error or a case of mistaken identity with another service provider, we would appreciate the opportunity to review your case.

Dear Alisha Javed,

Thank you for your feedback. We have investigated your recent orders (Ref: #49346 and #48139) in our system to address your concerns.

According to our records, both of your orders resulted in a Failed Delivery. Furthermore, our records show that these orders were never paid for, as the payment status remains "Pending." Since the products were never delivered and no payment was processed, we are confused by the claim that money was wasted.

At Jacked Nutrition, we take product authenticity very seriously and only provide 100% genuine supplements. Since you never received the items from these two orders, we would like to understand if there is another transaction you are referring to.
