I Ordered a jacket from jacket platform and it arrived today!! The jacket is amazing the style the quality and the fit!! Delivery wasn't to bad iwas provided with the tracking number so I could track it i would have no hesitation in recommending this company absolute 10/10

BUYER BEWARE…I ordered a jacket from Jacket Platform for a Christmas gift. It did not arrive in time (as promised) AND the jacket shipped from PAKISTAN!! Very disappointed in the jacket quality and sizing. Returned the jacket to Pakistan on January 8th and have not received a credit yet! Plus they rarely respond to emails. You’ve been warned!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with jacketplatform.com. I ordered a replica jacket, advertised as a high-quality piece closely resembling the authentic version which cost more than original but the original were sold out. What I received was far from it. The craftsmanship was subpar, and the overall look was just…off. It barely resembled the images on their website.
To add insult to injury, the jacket arrived significantly later than the promised delivery date. Communication about the delay was minimal and unhelpful. Once i found out they were going to craft my jacket late, i asked for a refund. They said they would get the jacket to me asap. Just give them more time. When I finally received the jacket and saw the poor quality, I contacted customer service. Their solution? A measly $20 refund on a replica that cost me considerably more than that, let alone the price of the authentic jacket it was supposed to emulate. This is completely unacceptable.
The jacket I received was not what was advertised, the service was slow and unprofessional, and their customer service resolution was insulting. I would absolutely not recommend jacketplatform.com to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere. This experience was a complete waste of time and money, and I'm left with a jacket I'll never wear.

Company enabled prompt contact regarding queries. Professional and friendly comms, and the product quality lived up to expectations and was worth the wait. Very pleased and would happily deal with this company again.

Ordered a Seattle Seahawks leather and wool varsity jacket. Great looking jacket, had a couple of questions regarding the jacket after it arrived (cleaning and care instructions) and the flow up from Mike was fantastic. Only negative is the sleeves are faux leather (for the price that is what I was expecting). Awesome looking jacket and would recommend Jackplatform.

Company made the jacket perfectly. Fedex ruined my delivery. Definitely would recommend though

I ordered a jacket. I asked to get it without patches, they told me No Problem. About a week later, they shipped it out. Then I got a message: we got your order wrong, we’ll make it right.

They didn’t try to dodge responsibility, they didn’t give me conditions, they didn’t ignore me. THEY called ME to talk about the problem. I didn’t have to ask them to fix it, THEY told ME how they were going to fix it. And two weeks later, I got my jacket exactly the way I wanted.

So it’s been 2-3 weeks since my initial review. My jackets arrived, and they were good quality. I was impressed being that the design and the balance of the jacket with all the different designs on the back, and front. It was a great testing ground. The leather was soft, although it will take a little wearing to break it in a bit - which is normal, unless I am fitting into my D&G jacket, which is for a totally different purpose. One of the jackets was far too small, but that was my doing, trying the different sizes as it’s quite hard to gauge. I believed I was a M, but looks like I am a large, depending on the jacket.

I deal with Elton, and I told him, if the product is up to scratch, I’d like to design my own custom jackets, and go from there. And that’s what I shall do! Good job lads, good work = happy customer here. Now the real testing begins! 👍

The customer service is great. Very quick response by email and whatsapp. Lots of nice jackets from where you can choose.
