Jack in the Box レビュー 

Went through the drive thru, ordered ultimate cheeseburger meal and tacos. I got home and got chicken nuggets, frys and tacos. Never received a receipt from my order, so thing I can show. Damn, I wanted a cheeseburger so bad , guess not lol. Location 6001 W Thomas az

Jack in the Box on fort Worth highway in Weatherford Texas ran out of bacon. I was giving a standard ham egg cheese croissant with no bacon and expected to take that. I went back they offered me a sausage egg and cheese which was 40 cents less.
And there was no cheese slice on it it was a handful of shredded cheddar.

I ordered3 of the 2 tacos for $1.99 in the drive-thru at the Jack in the Box on Summit in Fontana. Guess what? They only gave me 4 tacos when I should have received 6! This is not the first time I have not received exactly what I ordered

The food was horrible the hashbrowns were soggy like they were in water…. I always go to McDonalds and i should have stuck with them. Does jack in the box ever change their oil? Yuck… never again ….. plus they have no right charging their prices…. Never again… you owe me 30 bucks…..

We visited the restaurant located on Valley Mills in Waco, Texas to try the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. We entered the drive-thru, saw the item on the menu and attempted to place the order.
We were informed by the single employee working that day that the owner of the franchise did not stock the necessary ingredients for the sandwich. In addition, they were out of onion rings.
I felt sorry for the only person working at this location as he would be the messenger there delivering bad news to the customers.
So...two questions;
1. Who owns the Jack In The Box location?
2. Why do they have items on the menu that they have no intention of serving?
One would think that if the owner of a business would work to be successful instead of alienating their customer base.
However, I could be wrong.

Horrible. I can't even eat it. I got a kids meal with cheeseburger and curly fries... The burger was gross and tastes like a pile of mush. I'm thinking maybe they give the kids the gross stuff because they won't notice? I don't know, but ew.

Other than homemade, one of my favorite commercial burgers is the Jack-in-the-Box ultimate cheeseburger. Until I returned to Kailua from many years on the mainland. Buying the ultimate cheeseburger from the Kailua Jack has been a disappointment 4 out of 5 times. I keep trying in hope that they figure it out. Today was one of the 4 awful burgers. It was Luke warm and had the consistency of a sandwich that had been waiting to be eaten for several hours. Blah! Unless I happen to show up just as they are making a new batch, they are always that way, and at $10 each, what a waste. The store manager is clearly more concerned about wasting food than losing customers. I think this was not only the worst of the worst, but also my last.

Extremely disappointing customer service at the Jack in the Box in Golden. I stopped in intending to order lunch, but first asked to use the restroom. I explained that I was planning to purchase a meal and simply needed to use the restroom before placing my order.
The employee who spoke to me appeared to be a teenage boy (African-American/Hispanic) and was working at the front counter during the August 17th around 2:30pm. Instead of politely explaining the restroom policy, he repeatedly told me that I could not use it unless I paid for something first. I explained that I was going to eat there but needed to use the restroom before my meal. His tone was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational.
When I asked what he wanted me to order, he said, “Anything you want,” but continued acting as though my request was unreasonable. A restroom policy is one thing, but there is no excuse for treating a potential customer with such disrespect.
I work at Home Depot in the same parking lot, along with many other associates. Jack in the Box is one of the only nearby options for us to grab food during a break or after work, so the way customers are treated here matters. I will make sure my coworkers are aware of the disrespectful and horrible customer service I experienced so they can make informed choices about where to spend their money.
Management should be able to identify the employee working the front register during that shift and address how this interaction was handled. Customers deserve basic courtesy, especially when they are planning to buy food at your restaurant.

Horrible customer service, all i had was a $50 , they didn't have chanhe, lady said she couldn't serve me, was soooo rude about it, after I waited 10 mins, will never go there again

We were just at the location on akers and Cypress getting dinner and when we got home I noticed they put a toy in the bag for my special needs son, I found that very kind and it is very much appreciated 👍

I went to Jack in the Box 8/14/2026 order the SLG Philly Bonus Jack CMB with fries and a drink. Boy oh Boy look nothing like what you see on TV or the advertisement in there windows and it was not good just a little peppers and the sandwich was so small. What happened Jack in the box you use to be my favorite.

The Philly cheese steak was flat and the bread was hard. French fries were cold.

are usually nice however this should not whatsoever be considered fast food just junk food, there is rarely a time where it takes less than 10 or 15 minutes for me to get my order on about a third of the time they get my orders incorrect, unfortunately is one of the only places that I can go on my way to work or for lunch break and I regularly have to scarf my food down and barely am able to eat my burger and barely touch my fries or my drink which go to waste because they take so damn long, please stop advertising this as a fast food joint, I can make multiple meals in a microwave faster if I had one.

I went to Jack and the box today and had a very bad day and a employe asked me how was my day and it really made my day his name was James

The location in Baton Rouge on the corner of Government St and S. Foster had the rudest person working drive through. We ordered a meal and wanted a Sprite but they were out. Ask for another type of drink they replied we on have Coke Products. I ask for a coke and the worker replied “I just told you we are in out” when asked what products do you have she says it should be on the menu”. That was really rude and we cancelled tue entire order.
The worker could’ve say at this moment these are the following drinks we have available:

Overall, my daughter had a negative experience at Jack-in-the-Box in Central Point, Oregon. Despite her intentions of getting an application, she was treated poorly by the employees. This type of behavior is unacceptable and may deter potential customers from visiting the establishment. The management should address this issue and ensure that all employees are trained to provide good customer service.

Went to the Jack on the Eastside of Flagstaff for tacos and the Diamondbacks special, free jumbo jack with drink purchase. The Dbacks had several homeruns last night but "because the manager did not text about it they would not honor it...." why advertise the special if the restaurant will not do it????
