They have had me waiting for over a week for redemption to hit my account. They told me 4 days ago that it would hit my account and instead they canceled it. So I had to start all the way over. Their customer service is a broken record. Not a good one either.

I’ve been waiting on my redemption now for 2 days. The play through requirements are terrible because you cant even redeem most of your winnings. Support keeps telling me the same thing that it’s a delay or stupid excuses. I’ve already reported them to the FTC and want to make sure nobody else uses there money here, find another social casino there are plenty more. I regret using this site

I have won on this site and cashed out, yes you have to make the deposits. I cashed out $50 it took about 2 days. I just cashed out $130 this is day 2 and I have not received it yet, but I know it's coming I pray it does. But I definitely cashed out before and it did come to my cash app. They only ask for your cash app tag nothing else. So they can send you the money. It is broken down in multiple payments from regular names.

I'm with you people. I made a deposit before even playing and I was thinking it was a judgment company. I want some money, and now they keep telling me it'll be 2 to 4 hours. This is a scam site. They clearly have the bonus payouts set so they don't pay.

More importantly, I messaged support telling them that I was trying to stop gambling amd I wanted my account closed. They responded telling me there was a one week waiting period before closure could happen. I played more.
After the week was up, I messaged support again. They then said it was a one week period of inactivity.
They have no responsible gaming policy.
