customer support sucks, face less corporation that just wants money and doesnt want to do anything for the people paying them . i have a few acounts .spin riverbelle and jackpot , the other day i realised i.ve made just over $5000 cad in deposits at jackpotcity (over last yr or so) and never have i made a withdrawl.. now i ask other casinos support all the time for free cash or bonus spins and more often than not (BETTY.com) will give you a nice bonus of some sort . whicch is cool.. however ,,these.. jerks told me i should look in to gambler therapy after i asked in an email for a small bonus chip or something , and i explained ive deposited about $5200can over a while (not 1 withdrawl ) and they said they would get back to me in 48 hrs that was monday. it is almost sunday now, and not a word.. i wasn;t rude i wasn.t complainin about rtp or unfair games just asked for 20 or something chip or bonus. for5000 in deposits . so thats it for me ..there our better online sites that withdrawl instantly now anyways why bother with these . guys

i have been waiting a month to receive my winnings, and for god sakes its only 340 bucks, first they gave me some bs line about needing my account verified which it already was, cuz how did i cash out 3 grand prior to this. Then after making me jump hoops for this stupid document the didnt need, they have been telling me for a week straight that it will be 24 to 48 hours and my funds will be released. Its retarded. And this isnt the first time i have had trouble.
