Payment delayed

On May 1st I won $1000. ,on May 4th it went to flushed status. At jackpot wheel casino. Today is June 1st, my winnings have still not been processed. I play several sister sites and never encounter a delay in payment this long. Last week I won at grandbay casino and that payment was processed 3 days later. It's all the same company so why the big difference in payment scheduling?. Needless to say my playing at jackpot wheel has ended.

Kenny to the rescue! HOPEFULLY - YES

There have been some systemic issues with withdrawals; however, Kenny in customer support contacted finance while I was on the phone and sorted out the problem so that my withdrawal would process immediately. Up to this point I have been waiting for many weeks. I had to even postpone doctors appointment because I couldn’t afford the out-of-pocket waiting on the withdrawal. Thank you, Kenny and the staff at Jackpot wheel Casino.

UPDATE: 5/25 I have not received the withdrawal still. I had high hopes that Kenny was communicating hopefully truth but it hasn’t arrived as reality as won and deposited bitcoin in my wallet.

The platform Jackpot Wheel Casino did follow through although it took a timely amount of energy from me, but it did get processed thankfully. Thank you.

Jackpot Wheel is by far the worst social casino out there!!

Jackpot Wheel sent me an email stating I had a bonus of free spins, so I went to the website, used my free spins and won $2.80 off of those free spins. I took that $2.80 and went to several other games and built it up to just over $150 but played it down to $100 & tried to redeem it. First of all, their playthrough is like 80x, which I thought was a high but whatever.. So I put in for redemption, verified my account, gave them all the documents they requested and then had to try to send them again bcuz different customer service reps were giving me conflicting information. The customer service is horrible. When working with online chat it's like they're helping 2 other people at the same time bcuz they're so slow to respond. An image of professional know how is def not projected by customer service. There was a $20 fee to do a wire transfer because that was the only option other than crypto, which also really sucks. So I intended to get $80 back. This was on a early Friday morning. They told me that their finance dept would look my redemption over but not until 48 hours later, and that is business days not weekends. So I had to wait until Tuesday for them to tell me they needed more documents. But I was so annoyed by how they do business that I got with online chat and I'm told it was declined because I didn't do a deposit in between bonuses. So I said well why did you give me the bonus in the first place then?? If I wasn't supposed to be able to use it?? You just give bonuses out & hope nobody wins any money and expects you to redeem it?! I understood what they were telling me, that you need to deposit between bonuses, I get that part completely.. but they sent me that email about the bonus, they allowed me to play the bonus and and make that whopping $2.80 that I made into $100. So after declining it, about 20 minutes later I get another email that says they're sorry about the delay in processing my redemption but they still need more documents to verify my account. So the left hand does not have a clue what the right hand is doing in this company and I feel like I've been completely and totally scammed. I feel like they should be prosecuted for what they did to me because it's completely false marketing and advertising. You email me a bonus that you allow me to redeem but then you won't let me redeem my winnings??!! That's a scam if I ever heard one! I would give this company a negative star if it was possible!

I mostly play slots, and I’ve had a pretty good time on Jackpot Wheel Casino overall to be honest. They’ve got a nice variety of games, and it’s easy to jump in and play without the site feeling confusing. I liked that there were always a few fun promos running, which kept things interesting.

The payouts can take a little time sometimes, but nothing too frustrating. I’ve also had decent luck on some of the slots compared to other casinos I’ve tried. The site runs smoothly for the most part, especially on mobile.

Overall I’d rate it 3.6/5 — a solid casino for slot players who just want to relax and enjoy some games like me

won 8k with a match bonus and tried to cash out but they told me that i can only. cash out up to 1k and the remainder will be forfitted. Free money is never free.,those bonus and match play are incentive for me to play there and not signing my winning away. Also took 3 and a half weeks to cash out the 1k.

If I could, I would give this Casino 0 (zero) stars. They are scammers!!! I won over $500.00 and they keep saying that my withdrawal is "flushed " and should be paid out soon. It's been over 6 days and NOTHING yet!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam

Scam! I have never had an online casino tell me I cant cash out because I won off their dime. I got a bonus, met play thru, turned it into cash, won off that, cash out, and denied after it gets to the finance team. Apparently, you have to deposit money after a bonus win, to cash out. But...the miney you won, still not yours. Never had this type of scam pulled on me by an online casino before, but learned my lesson.

They sent me an email saying they would give me 150.00 for my troubles. Over a month later, still cant even cash that out. Every time I try, there is an issue with something. Every person I talk to has a different excuse as to why I cant cash out the 150.00. Still very much a scam, in my opinion. Also, 150.00 is.not at all comparable to the 1800.00 I won.

I won 800 but still haven't received…

I won 800 but still haven't received anything. It was processed 4/14. Ive contacted them twice and was told both times it's being flushed and escalated. Definitely a scam and very disappointed. Ive never had this issue before. I'll definitely be more careful and sticking to what Ive been using. They're horrible.

BEWARE…SCAM CASINO

this place is a scam I won 3 times and…

this place is a scam I won 3 times and out of the 3 times I was paid only 1 time. the other 2 times they found every excuse in the book not to pay me even after I sent them my bank statements. on the 2nd win they ended up telling me the only thing they could do is give me game credit it was over 500 dollars I played them . the 2nd time they did the same thing and I contacted them they said that it was because my bank info was wrong so I gave them my bank info again after not getting the money I called they said the the funds had been void

I have been playing at JackpotWheel for years. Their partners at VIP Executive gave me $100 to play with, but I had to wager $6,000 in order to convert that into $100 in actual cash. I spent the entire night—playing right through until the next day—just to meet that $6,000 wagering requirement. I finally did it, and the $100 I earned was credited to my account as cash (not bonus funds). I continued playing throughout the following day and managed to build up a balance of $500; however, it turns out they are now refusing to pay me. I thought this kind of thing only happened at shady casinos—places like Criptoloko, Ruby, and others—but I never imagined that these so-called "luxury" casinos would pull a stunt like this.
