This casino’s support is nearly impossible to reach, despite their website claiming 24/7 service. I’ve been waiting over 6+business days for my withdrawal, and on the rare occasions they do respond, they give vague answers like 'just wait' or 'check your bank.' While the casino itself is decent—it looks professional and has a great game selection—the payment issues and poor support are a huge letdown.

kijk uit gok hier niet
heb met een prive rekening storting gedaan van in totaal 3k+ en met zakelijke rekening 350 laatst won ik 1500 maar omdat ik het liet uitbetalen op me rekening kwamen ze er achter dat er 350 met zakelijke rekening was gestort dat mag niet volgens hun en kreeg ik 350 terug en de 1500 kon ik naar fluiten reageren nergens meer op oplichters

Right now I've been waiting for my withdrawal for 9 days. Of course I don't get any responses to my emails either and when you get a response you don't need the answer.. and you wait about 5 days for that..

This is one of the many problems they have.

Stay away from this casino

A few days ago, you were offered a bonus when making a deposit. Within two days, I managed to increase this bonus to approximately €1,200. Of course, this amount cannot be withdrawn immediately, but it should certainly have been possible to accumulate a decent sum for withdrawal.

Suddenly, I received a server error during a game. When I refreshed the page, the €1,200 in bonus money had suddenly disappeared, and only about €280 of deposit money was shown. The question is: where did that €1,200 suddenly go??

I have now been trying for two days to reach someone via live chat, but each time I received a message saying they cannot respond at the moment and that I should send an email. I have now done that three times. No response at all…

My advice: stay AWAY from this casino! There are problems with withdrawals and similar issues almost every day.

Niemand van support reageert.

Ik probeer nu al bijna 3 dagen iemand van de ondersteuning te contacteren maar het lijkt erop dat deze casino geen personeel meer heeft. Buiten een dom AI Chatbot die nog erger is dan een papegaai. Telkens als ik de chat open om geholpen te worden schrijft deze papegaai altijd maar dezelfde shit. Wilt telkens mijn e-mail, en daarna zegt die dat hij probeert mij in contact te brengen met een "manager"; Maar telkens dan weer, Oh het spijt me maar onze supportteam is op dit moment offline. Je kunt ons een email sturen naar support en we antwoorden zo snel mogelijk. Deze doet nog geen moeite om te vragen of hij, als AI zijnde, niet kan helpen. Dan heb ik ook al zeker 4 emails naar support gestuurd in bijna 3 dagen maar krijg van niemand geen reactie. Is jacktop casino geliquideerd, heeft geen vip managers meer? Ik hoor ook al lang niks meer van mijn vaste vip account manager. Ontslagen? Zeer maar zeer vreemde zaken die zich daar afspelen. Ik vertrouw ze nu al helemaal niet meer, voor geen haar meer. Ik wil ook de mensen waarschuwen om niet de risico te nemen om een deposit te doen want de kans is groot dat als je zou winnen, dat je ofwel heel lang zult wachten om je winsten op je bankrekening te zien. Ofwel dit nooit zult ontvangen, als je er ECHT niet achter zit. Ik zal voor de zoveelste keer en omdat jacktop mij dit vroeg, een e-mail sturen naar de support team.

Financial problem ?

I think they have financial problem so they can pay the withdrawals.
So you must wait too long. They can pay you if others players lose their money.
I assume this but i see a lot of things change last time:
Live chat is offline
Don’t react on malls
No VIP managers anymore
Withdrawals take more than 14 days
Provider Pragmatic Play is not more available on there site
No reaction anymore on this site.

I think it will not take long time they close their site.
So be aware if you want play there or you have still amount in your account!!!

Pas op, uitbetalingen verlopen dramatisch!

Update: Na veel gedoe een week later uiteindelijk uitbetaald. Maar de volgende uitbetaling geeft en heeft weer dezelfde problemen: vage antwoorden, toezeggingen die niet worden nagekomen, eindeloos chatten/mailen, enz. Het is duidelijk dat Jacktop weinig op heeft met haar spelers.

Totaal niet te bereiken, niet via de chat en reageren ook niet op mails. Uitbetalen ook ho maar! Wacht nu al 5 dagen op een uitbetaling, maar staat nog steeds op status processing. Geen idee wat hier aan/mee te doen......?

Jacktop.com is not licensed by the KSA to offer services to Dutch players. I contacted them to request a full refund and am currently waiting for a response. I will update this review once I receive their reply. Dutch players should be aware of the risks when using unlicensed platforms.

Account ooit eens zelf gesloten. Zat nog geld op account. Nooit gekregen. Nu antwoorden ze in de chat altijd tot dat ze mijn mail adres hebben en weten wie ik ben reageren ze niet meer. Ook op e mails wordt niet gereageerd.
