Wypłaty to również żart. Pierwsza wypłata była naprawdę szybko i nie mogłem narzekać, lecz kolejne to zanim je zatwierdzą mija tydzień czasu a zanim jeszcze pojawia się na Twoim koncie to mija kolejny tydzień.
Wygrywał ość na ich stronie jest mniejsza niż na innych stronach z kasynami. Większość gier nie jest dostępna na terenie kraju w którym przebywam (pojawia się informacja blocked country) a gdy zmienię kraj to gry znikają i nie ma ich na tej stronie w innym kraju lub jest nie dostępna. Próbując takich zmian żaden kraj nie dawał opcji w pełni by grać na wszystkich grach. Strona założona na Ukrainie, więc nie jest w unii.
Cash back według regulaminu powinien pojawiać się we wtorek. Czekam na niego nie raz po parę dni zanim się pojawi a do tego nie widać na twoim koncie informacji ile masz uzbieranego zwrotu (cash back).
Jednym słowem nigdy nie byłem tak niezadowolony jak na ich stronie. Wątpię by się coś polepszyło więc radziłbym uważać.

Hele slechte uitbetaling. En wat helemaal erg is dat men nog maar 500 euro max per dag zegt uit te betalen. Door de trage verwerking is dit in de praktijk ongeveer 500 per week max
Maandag vraag je een uitbetaling aan. Woensdag wordt ie goedgekeurd, vrijdag heb je 't op je rekening.
Ik vind het misleiding en ga kijken waar ik een klacht kan indienen.
Ook hun antwoord hieronder is nietszeggend. Ik heb namelijk anderhalve week elke dag met de VIPmanager gesproken. Die geeft antwoorden als 'dit is het beleid".
Wat ze niet doen of niet lijken te willen begrijpen is dat hun dagelijkse max van 500 uitbetaling, door hun trage uitbetaling in de praktijk maar 1 x per week kan worden uitbetaald. Dus als je 2000 wilt uitbetalen kost je dat ongeveer 4 weken. En een boel gedoe.

the casino asks to verify your account which is normal. When you have done this, the profile is verified and when you want to withdraw your money, your profile is no longer verified and they ask for even more documents! it takes a very long time before you get your money.
You don't get cashback either.
You will automatically be redirected to your VIP manager, who will answer immediately but will not actually help you!
