Unbelievably Horrible Experience with Jacob & Co.

I sent Jacob & Co. a diamond bracelet worth tens of thousands of dollars for repairs because it was losing diamonds. Instead of returning it in proper condition, they sent it back to me broken. I am absolutely stunned by the lack of care and professionalism from a brand that claims to be high-end.

Had I been a New York resident, I would have taken legal action. The level of negligence and disregard for their customers is beyond unacceptable. I cannot believe a jeweler operating at this level would conduct business so poorly.

If you're considering trusting Jacob & Co. with your valuable jewelry, dont. Im absolutely disgusted.
