Bought our Jacuzzi 315 tub in 2021 from Bents Jacuzzi Manchester. Steve and the staff were so helpful an knowledgeable in helping us make our choice of tubs. Since then I have visited several times to get advise and chemicals for my tub, and always my wife and myself are greeted warmly and given friendly expert information. Myself and partner only went in to buy plants, but ended up looking at hot tubs at Jacuzzi in bents garden centre in
Manchester in June 2022, we spoke to Mark who from the start told us what we needed to know about this particular hot tub needless to say we bought one, process was smooth and delivered exactly how was said,we're in it most weekends now, I've been over a few months now since and nothing is a problem to explain what's what, I've been to see Mark and his work colleagues today jan 2023 for a bit of advice and they couldn't of been anymore helpfull, if your thinking of getting a hot tub call into bents go see Mark or his colleagues and they will make sure you get the best deal, definitely 10/10 for service

Brilliant from start to finnish. From choosing the tub and help with finance options, it was all smoothly done. Even called with questions after installation and offered gate advice.

Phil the sales man was really helpful, knew everything about the products and helped me make an informed choice, he was approachable and polite. Not pushy at all.
The aftersales team were equally excellent and ensured we got our Jacuzzi on schedule a week before Christmas and one delivery was cancelled as it was too windy to crane lift. The Jacuzzi was set up and warmed up just in time for Christmas Eve. The whole process was easy and stress free. The aftercare has been great anytime I’ve had a question they have been really helpful

Staff at jacuzzi ( Bents venue) were lovely friendly and knowlegable and very helpful .
The sales area was well displayed and the variety of jacuzzi on display was a great example of what would fit in a home outdoor environment.

I bought a Jacuzzi 435 from Mark and Steve. They have been nothing but superb in the six months post then with all the questions I had regarding chemicals etc. it’s not as nearly as complicated as I thought, but Mark has been very patient with me throughout. I couldn’t fault them and would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy one ! Thanks

We love our Jacuzzi J575 but having had it for only a few months we had a few questions. We've called into the showroom at Bents twice and the guys there were extremely helpful on both occasions. They were happy to demonstrate as well as explaining what products we didn't need, so no hard sell.
We would recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic buying experience from a brilliant team, in particular Steve Butler was incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time talking through various options etc.

Would recommend speaking to these guys before anyone else if you are looking for a hot tub.

It was a huge decision for us buying a Jacuzzi but Steve Butler was very patient with us . We probably asked the same questions time and time again . Steve certainly knows his products and has been and still is very helpful. Great company to deal with .

Fantastic service and after sales care. We ordered our Jacuzzi 335 through Steve Butler at Bents Garden Centre, who couldn’t have been more helpful in helping us decide, without pressuring us. Since taking delivery in March this year, Steve is always super helpful in advising us on chemical set-up and water changes etc. Highly recommended.

We finally treated ourselves to a jacuzzi and can honestly say our purchase and after sales care has been outstanding. The team are so friendly Mark, Steve and Phil have been so helpful. We have had all questions answered, tips on cleaning and aftercare. Brilliant advice on the correct products to use. You don’t feel rushed when they explain things and when we initially bought our jacuzzi there was no hard sell. The running cost have worked out almost exactly to their estimate. Describing in 3 words I’d say. Professional, Trust and quality.

Steve and all the chaps at jacuzzi are really helpful and knowledgeable, so glad glad i brought the jacuzzi brand for reliability and for the excellent customer service.

Had a great experience with the salesman Steve, we was given the wrong measurements so on the day of delivery it wouldn’t fit down the side of the house and had to rebook for a few weeks later so I could make room to come around the back of the house. When delivery day came we was supplied with a cover way to big and needed 2 of use to operate it and no steps as they was out of stock as was the cover. I’d rather have waited until everything was in stock before taking delivery.
All that said the Jacuzzi is fantastic and cheap to run.

The whole experience from first visiting the site at Bents to having the jaccuzi installed was excellent. The team at Bents are really helpful to deal with. The delivery team were efficient and knowledgeable. We had a very good experience all round. Thank you, and we love our jaccuzi!

So after waiting 6 months for jacuzzi to fail to turn up at agreed times to repair their ever faulty hot tub, they are now telling me a senior manager will call me within two days then leaving me waiting over a week with no call and no update to emails after 2 weeks. It seems the only way to get a response is to raise negative press on their socials.

Thanks for all your help and guidance given with our purchase and delivery of our new Jacuzzi hot tub. From our original enquiry to installation Steve has been very helpful and made all the arrangements. Thanks very much.

Bought our hot tub 2 years ago and have had problem after problem when trying to get an engineer to visit is a nightmare as appointments are cancelled!! And you have to ring up to clarify if anyone is still coming to be told no the visit is cancelled bad service And if you want to speak to a manager you will have better luck speaking to Jesus as none ever available to speak with definitely wouldn’t recommend this company look else where for your hot tub I know I will be

Everything was so easy. The order & on the day my tub arrived.
The crane team & the install gents were great on the day. They explained everything they were doing & what I need to do after they left.
And I love my Jacuzzi. Wish I’d done it sooner.
