We had no hesitation in choosing Jade Windows again and want to mention Ted and David, along with Michelle, Steve, Matt and Billy who all went the extra mile in resolving the unfortunate hiccoughs we experienced.

Great service from start to finish. Ryan came to do the quote and was really helpful with lots of advice. Then David the surveyor did a very thorough job and again gave lots of advice and made sure everything on the paperwork was what I wanted before he left. The fitters were very good and neat and tidy, cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend Jade.

I have no hesitation in recommending Jade Windows. From our first visit to the showroom where Ryan spent several hours discussing our requirements and costs to final installation everyone was helpful and efficient.
Our installers were Billy and Matthew and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were efficient in their tasks and kept disruption to a minimum , cleaning up after themselves each evening. They were always happy to answer any questions and keep me informed if there were options relating to the finishing touches.

From start to finish they kept me updated. From the designing to the fitted they were all very helpful and professional. Malcom and James fitted my windows and doors and we're very hard working, thorough and professional. Despite a few hiccups due to unforeseen circumstances I would most definitely recommend. My windows and doors look fantastic and the quality is of a very high standard.

Brilliant from start to finish, had 7 windows and 2 composite doors fitted. Everything was explained clearly and fitted on time.
Kev, the window fitter, never stopped. Excellent quality and quick to follow up with the certificates and check everything was ok afterwards.
Would definitely recommend.

Wow, what a really professional company. From start to finish they kept me informed and the whole team was great, the installers Malcolm and James did a fantastic job all I did is keep them well watered (tea & coffee lol) they kept it tidy (as can be) friendly, polite and respectful and gave good advice. I will definitely be going back when i have more funds for the rest doing. Thank you Jade Windows

Jade Windows were extremely professional throughout. They were accommodating and always tried to comply with any requests. Matty and Billy the fitters were excellent. Their attention to detail was second to none. I am so pleased with the results and my windows have drawn favourable comments from all my neighbours.

Had the second lot of windows done by Jade and once again amazing service, following such a good experience the first time round we requested fitters Matty & Billy make a return for the installation and Jade accommodated that request perfectly. Matty & Billy once again did not disappoint, brilliant blokes and very hard working. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant job from start to finish. Spoke to Nick in showroom first then Ted called to quote us, followed by David for the survey and all windows and doors fitted by Kev & Dez who arrived on time and worked straight through, reliable and trustworthy and left them to it whilst we walked our dog.

I cannot praise highly enough the service, commitment and exceptional quality of both work and materials provided by Jade and in particular their fitter Billy.
In adverse weather conditions and ,unfortunately having to work alone, Billy replaced all the windows and doors at my home in four days.
A fantastic result for which I again thank Billy.
If possible it would have been a five star plus plus rating.

Just had 6 windows and had our dormer reclad by Jade Windows. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent, and we were kept informed all through the process. The quality of the windows is excellent and the guys that did the installation were very competent and left everything in good order.

We have just had our conservatory done with a solid roof. From start to finish everything was professional from Ryan and David. The fitters Matty and Billy have done a brilliant job, very polite and have worked so well even in the cold weather. We are very happy with everything. The conservatory as made an addition to our kitchen. We recommend Jade Windows 100%. Thank you once again.

This company has failed on all levels to live up to any of its website statements or customer reviews.
I ordered a composite door, which I had saved for over 18 months (priced at £1,750).
On the day of fitting they turned up late, brought the wrong door and had to return to the showroom to get the right one.
On fitting, the door was not a true reflection of the colour pallet, was rattling, was falling back, the handle was loose and the foot plate was damaged.
When reporting the issues I never received an apology and was made to feel like I was making a fuss.
A third visit to replace the damaged foot bar was replaced with another damaged footplate.

As a result I decided to go and speak to someone in person to express my unhappiness with the poor service. I only wanted an apology, but was met by David Fozard, who became rather aggressive and dismissive. He told me the issues I raised were only ' very minor' and customers were not always right!.

I left feeling very upset and distressed.

From the moment I decided to visit Ted in the Jade Windows showroom to the day I had my new windows fitted. The experience has been nothing but amazing
Ted was helpful not pushy at all. Gave me time to think about what I wanted and offered really good advice
On the three days of fitting Billy Matty and Kevin the fitters were absolutely superb!!! No disturbances to my decorations at all. A beautiful job done. Tidy and clean. (They love a biscuit !!)
I would have no hesitation in recommending Jade Windows to anyone who is thinking of having new windows
