From the moment you walk in , the salon staff are so welcoming and you feel like you are at a luxurious spa. They offer you a beverage (coffee, champagne, you name it) then take the utmost time to get to know you & what you are hoping to achieve with your hair. I loved my colour and have always had a wonderful experience in the salon. Would highly recommend to any girls looking for amazing color, a little extra volume or length with extensions, or a pamper with an epic blowout.

After many many years of searching around for the perfect hair extensions, I came across Jadore’ through word-of-mouth from my fellow hairdressing friend. I had my own business for many years, focusing on her extensions. The quality of the hair would last up to a year and a half. Sometimes I even had clients stretch it out two years. Since no longer working on salon floor, I have continued to use the hair in my own head, the quality and the shine never disappoints
My hair always blends so seamlessly. The hair is nice and full from root to tip.
For anyone, looking for a new salon or just a new hair supplier do yourself a favour and check them out !

These are the best quality hair extensions I've ever used by far! The hold curls so well, and still look amazing after 10 months. Highly recommended.

The products are ok-ish (certainly not Russian hair as claimed) but the customer service is appalling. They come across as though they just can't be bothered with you and are less than helpful. When questioned politely about this to try and resolve the issue I was just given the "your feedback is important to us" but no resolution nor apology

Worse hair dye of my life. Would never go here again. Please do not go here! I have never left a bad review but I am 27 years old and had my hair dyed all my life. This place left the bleach on my hair for 3 hours including application! I researched and reached out to hairdressing friends and stated bleach should NEVER be left over 45 minutes. My hair is subsequently completely fried and broken and I am going to have to spend lots of money to repair. They refused any kind of refund. They were also late. I was in the salon 4.5 hours and I had to leave for an appointment without my haircut. They told me “it takes as long as it takes” and “it’s because you’ve got dark hair”. My hair isn’t dark. It’s got old balayage. I’ve had balayage 10+ times and I’m happy it takes 3-4 hours. Never in my life 4.5 without my haircut, and this is only because I stated I had to leave. I’ve emailed them and seen reviews where all they do is make excuses for their actions, rather than accepting everything they do. I tried to sort with them prior to leaving this review but they told me just to go back to my usual salon. I could list many things wrong about this salon, but mostly I do not expect to come away with much more damaged hair than I came in with. Very upset and disappointed

I have tried many salons over the years this is by far the best place especially for balayage 🥰

I spent over $1000 on a head of “Russian” weft hair.
I curled it once, the day after it was put in, and the hair completely melted and snapped across the bottom.
I’m devastated, I assumed the cost was a reflection of quality- in this case- it’s not.

Go elsewhere, please.

They asked me to send back the hair (which is attached to my head) for them to “assess”
I just wanted to return and have it refunded.

I now need to remove and replace all the hair and dispute their company through Fair Trading.

The hairdressers/stockists listed on their site are half fake. I found more than 10 salons on their site in my state alone who do not use their hair.

They attempt to place their own refund laws when you purchase through their website, contrary to Aus consumer laws.

Horrible company, horrible hair, don’t make my mistake!!

A reliable high quality product. Communication and postage is prompt.
