Beware when buying train tickets through this app. The user interface is highly inconsistent and misleading for foreigners. Under the "Pupil" discount, it explicitly warns that a Polish ID is required. However, under the "Student" discount, it completely omits this national restriction and only lists age criteria.
As a foreign university student traveling in good faith, this missing information tricked me into buying the wrong ticket. It resulted in a massive fine and a deeply distressing situation.

This flawed communication functions as a direct financial trap for well-meaning international tourists. Fix your app.

Usuwają bilety z Historii, na innym urządzeniu nie ma nic nawet w przypadku zmiany urządzenia na nowe nie ma wstępu i podglądu na nic. Strona internetowa praktycznie nie działa. Tragiczny rodzaj kontaktu z obsługą.
