Customer service is foolish people . They are not responding at all . To buy the product easy, to return and refund and a big problem!! Very poor customer experience!!! Not recommended to buy !!

Bought the Jaki cowl neck jumper and initially loved the style exactly as pictured. That changed when I checked the fabric composition 100% manmade fibres. For £150 I would expect at least some wool or cashmere, so it felt poor value for money.
I returned it and, to be fair, the refund was processed quickly and the customer service was excellent. Just a shame the product does not match the price point, as the design itself is lovely. Message to Jaki, put the fabric content on your website, save a lot of returns.

The sweater the I returned didn’t fit well. The return process was easy, the support was excellent.

I guess I thought the color would be more plum …

Dress was high end quality, reasonably priced and exactly as pictured.

Elegant styles, gorgeous colors, make for an exciting building blocks of a wardrobe. Would be nice to have more fabrics that have a greater % of natural fibers in comparison to synthetic. It is ok if price tag will rise, quality is of essence. For example Belle Balloon Satin Trousers, would be most desirable if made of 100% washable silk. I would buy 3 more pairs in different colors, 100% Viscose (affordable fabric made from wood pulp, a poor mens silk) wrinkles badly, and more static prone than silk.

I ordered the blouse in Blush Pink. The material / fabric and stitching is of very poor quality. This product is not from London, it's from China. BEWARE!
