I purchased a handmade real loc wig and it's awesome. I love it!!! I submit a picture but no option to. Definitely top notch and thank you to the person who made it, its beautiful.

Amazing products AMAZING SERVICE

I ordered a micro braided wig for an event and received the wrong size. Size matters because I have a very small head. I immediately reached out to the Jaliza team and they sprung into action to correct it. They immediately shipped the correct size and constantly communicated with me every step of the way. They are top notch in their products and their service! Thank you JALIZA!! You have a customer for life!!

Not as good as the pictures

I ordered the Lumina - 18" Piano Color Swiss HD Full Lace Human Hair Boho Braided Wig Mix Blond 27/1B 27 base / Medium 22" and the braids were stiff and bent even when I used hot water and steam to loosen the hairs. The synthetic used for the braids is really cheap, scratchy, and hard as a rock when you touched the braid. When the wig is on the braids are stuck sticking out in a crazy way. A better synthetic blend shouldve been used. The photos obviously look better than the actual product. I’m assuming the girl in photos is an influencer or something and received a better wig. Aside from that the wigcrafting is good, the lace is practically invisible, the cap fits well, there is an elastic band to make the slightly bigger. UPDATE: Jaliza has written a reply to my review and suggested weighing down the braids specifically with a book. This method does NOT work and yes the synthetic does frizz which something they also said wouldn’t happen. The only good thing about this wig is the lace cap.

I am so happy to hear that the Lumina is winning you over with that invisible HD lace and a perfect cap fit! There is nothing like that "melted" look to make a unit feel like your own hair.

However, I am so sorry the braids themselves feel more "rock star" (stiff and wild) than "Boho babe." It sounds like you had a bit of a battle with those bends!

The "Hot Water" Mystery
I want to clear up one thing that might actually be making the stiffness worse!

All our wigs come pre-styled, so there's no need to use hot water to re-style them, in fact, hot water can make the braids stiff or even damage them. Our wigs are ready to wear as-is, so just regular care is enough. We don't recommend any extra styling, but if you'd like to make minor adjustments, please only work with the Boho Curls.

The Fix: For the braids themselves, we actually recommend avoiding heat entirely. They are designed to be "shake and go."

How to Tame "Box Hair"
If the braids are sticking out because of how they were folded in the shipping box, don't reach for the kettle!

Pro-Tip: Instead of heat, try weight. Lay the wig flat on a towel and place a heavy book over the braids that are "acting out" for a few hours. This resets the "memory" of the fiber without damaging the texture or making it feel scratchy.

Addressing the "Influencer" Quality
I promise you, we don't have a "special stash" for influencers! Every Lumina that leaves our doors uses the same high-grade synthetic for the braids to ensure they don't frizz or unravel.

Jaliza wigs are my go-to for wigs

Jaliza wigs are my go-to for wigs. The wigs are in a category all by themselves, along with greater customer service and the ability to custom create your wigs.
Well made and lasts a long time with proper care. I have ordered in excess of 15 wigs from this company and the never disappoint.

My wig came today

My wig came today. I had high hopes because of the reviews. The boho braids wig had way too much netting showing. The quality of the hair was good but waaaayyyyyy too thin. I would not recommend. Now I have to go find something for the holidays but definitely not online. Extremely disappointed.

Over a year ago I bought 2 beautiful…

Over a year ago I bought 2 beautiful boho curly wigs. To this day ppl adore them as do I. Recently I purchased another wig and transposed the mailing address. I informed them of my situation. They were so accommodating in helping me. I’d recommend this company hands down! The customers service is A plus. The wigs are beautiful, excellent quality , I just love them. Can’t wait until I receive my newest wig. Definitely a true satisfied customer for life. Gerri

Buyer beware - with update

I am leaving this review as a consumer warning.

I placed an order with Jaliza Hair on December 2, 2025, and the order was accepted and confirmed. The order remained active for several days. On December 7, 2025, the order was canceled.

Jaliza Hair later stated that the cancellation was due to incorrect pricing that they posted themselves. This was not an error on my part.

The company claimed they attempted to contact me via WhatsApp, however I did not provide WhatsApp as a contact method when placing my order, and I do not use that platform. No email, phone call, or text was sent to the contact information associated with my order prior to the cancellation.

Because the order was accepted and remained active with no notice of an issue, I scheduled an installation appointment. When the order was canceled without verified notice, I was required to cancel my install and lost my deposit.

Although a refund was issued, the issue is the lack of communication, use of an unauthorized contact method, and delayed cancellation due to the company’s own posting error. No attempt was made to notify me through standard channels before canceling the order.

Consumers should be aware of this experience before ordering.

UPDATE

After the review posted, I received this email, they are now offering to pay me to remove the review on this site, how many other customers have they made a similar request to? Also, I never received any email and a rep had previously confirmed they had only reached out via WHATSAPP (not a contact option I ever provided) in the first email after I sent one to ask why I received an alert from the Shop app that the order had been canceled.
